The new Football Manager game has been released which means it is time to find the best wonderkids in the entire world according to their database. They scout nearly 500,000 players so it is fair to say there may be no better list of wonderkids anywhere in the world. Some of them are known, some of them aren’t, but my goodness all of them look like they could be world beaters.
This is one of my favorite videos to make every year, because there are some names that get introduced into my brain for the first time that I will be talking about for years and years to come. I’m looking at you Mikey Moore. Also, Endrick, Moukoko and the host of almost superstars that are as good as ever, where do they stack up! FIND OUT SOON! IN THE VIDEO!

Endrick is now a regular starter for Palmeiras and is currently showing every bit of his potential. I think it's ridiculous that FM downgraded him after he didn't immediately break into the first team at 16.

I almost always buy Bardghji in FM 23 lol The thing about him in FM is his PA aren't high, FM scouts think he is an early boomer so I am not surprise he doesn't make this list. Still an amazing player to have in a team though.

I did a shalke save on 23 and ouedrago is a god he broke into my first 10 games in and didn’t leave the entire safe

As a Benfica fan... I've never been so sure in my life, João Neves will become one of the best players in the world in a few years. Last Sunday he scored in the Lisbon Derby in the 94min (we won 2-1) becoming the man of the match.
As a Sporting fan that absolutely sucked, but João Neves is just so so so good. The next midfield maestro.

every football fan should have watched João Neves' performance against big rivals Sporting CP the past weekend. he bossed the midfield and was undoubtedly the MVP, and he even scored the very important equalizer. i want to emphasize that Sporting is a good team, having a great season.

Barca has so many elite wonderkids. Given their financial problems, they should focus entirely on developing these youngsters. They kinda already squandered Ansu Fati.
Fati seems just fine on loan if you ask me, him Joao Pedro and Adingra have been connecting well up top. Mitoma goes without saying obviously.
Sure, I agree, but he's not playing for Barca though, is he? That's because Xavi didn't fancy him overly much and preferred playing Pedri in the AML role to have him shift inside and form the box midfield with Gavi, De Jong, and Busquets. And this year, they preferred Joao Felix over giving Fati a chance in his natural role. My comment was exclusively aimed at Barca and their decisions.

That is true, no doubts his injuries have contributed to his departure, but still, he was healthy this season, isn't it? Rather than play him and give him a chance, they shipped him out to Brighton. To me, that's the equivalent of giving up on the player. He's still very young and he can yet reach that potential he showcased in la liga.
Most of them are totally overrated. Imagine Gavi was listed above Bellingham and Musiala. Just a joke...
Signed Diomonde for Newcastle in the first Jan transfer window. He’s a phenomenal CB, dropped straight in and has been picking up a good number of assists in games where I set up to counter attack.
Scalvini just retired aged 37 on my FM23 save 😂 - Hes a boss!
Ended up playing for many top clubs winning champions leagues and The Euros with italy

I signed Joao Neves in Man. U and the guy is beast he can play in a bunch of positions and roles making him super useful for the team, every team..

There's a player called Noah Darvich and he's another incredible wonderkid, has become immense on my save also in Barcas academy.

Endrick just won the Brazilian championship for Palmeiras this year. He is playing superbly like I have never seen before. He is going to destroy Neymar because this one has a good head above his shoulders. Neymar on the other hand is an idiot.

I've signed Roony Bardghji and Assan Ouédraogo for Leeds on FM24, 4 seasons in and Bardghji and Ouedraogo are 2 of the best players in the Premier League.

why do none of these FM RUclipsrs take 'Consistency' into account? It's one of the most important attributes in the game - also, it is very hard to increase so you should be looking for players who already have a decent (I would say 13+) value for consistency - literally no FM RUclipsr shows what these player's consistency value is - it drives me nuts!?
I am surprised more is not made of the hidden stuff in general, professionalism is huge and a couple of the others can make a player a pain to manage (controversy, injury proneness just for example)
FM Scout do, particularly in their 'overpowered' videos.
Such a disrepect from the FM scouts to not include future Argentina's number 10 Franco Mastantuono and his teammate and current captain of Argentina's U-17 Claudio Echeverri. They're gonna be so much better than like, half the people on this list, at least.

Because they dont have this high PA, they are good players for most teams but they arent the best in the world.

I hate wonderkid lists that are just filled by players already hoovered up by the big 6 clubs in the world, they're pointless as you can't sign them.
I know it's more "hidden gems", but FM wonderkid lists should be future stars from clubs you can buy off, such as Bardghji and Ouedraogo.

In fm23, when the NxGn list came in Evan Fergusin was described as "the Irish Origi" 🤣 Also, Barca just casually spawned a new 5* PA player since this video came out, look out for Cubarsi.
Neves is insane. I signed him as Liverpool in the very first transfer window and started him immediately. He won the European Golden Boy award and he can play anywhere from DM to CM to AM. I'm still in January of year one and he's worth $142 million.

The old FM over praising english footballers never ceases to amaze me. The dude's a 16 and they rate him that highly mostly because "English", it's a disgrace. Meanwhile Quenda, after breaking the said U17 english NT appart, is rated lowly as fuck.

sorry for the unrelated comment zealand but i just started playing FM for the first time and as an American I chose the MLS and my Chicago Fire. I have little experience with the sport in general so do you have any advice or tips that are MLS centric for roster building and things related to the rules i should need to pay close attention to? I've also been getting a lot of trade requests for a couple of my players with superdraft picks but idk how worth those picks are cause im getting like 2 first rounders for a 3 star player and the fire arent that good of a team. If anyone in the comments too has advice or videos they could recommend I'd appreciate it to. Thank you!!

for me it's absolute nonsense that lamine yamal, who have done nothing in CL or against big clubs it's considered better than zaire emery, a player who could easily be the best french midfielder at 17yo. + as a milan fan i'm a bit sad to not see camarda up here, anyone knows at which PA has he arrived?
Think of it like this. Lamine Yamal has been known to make huge waves in every single age group he has every played in. There were people talking about yamal back in 2021 when we was like 13. As since he is still 16 and tall and lanky, he doesnt get as much game time because barca dont want to repeat a pedri situation. Since Yamal has been known to make big waves in all the age groups he has played in, FM assumes he will do this same again at the senior level.
@@NavilNDGsure but that's literally the case for most players nowadays. Every youngster is "making waves" now. It's not like Endrick is any worse than he was before. He's been performing quite a bit this year and made waves. It's just all a bit skewed towards Barca (which has been a major thing in games for the past 5-10 years despite them not being in the top 5 clubs for a while
