So does the reflector model have separate bulbs, one for low and one for high? Which one would be most recommended projector, or reflector style? Was asking because I wished you would've showed both high and low beam, to compare differences.
Hey Juan! Our reflector model utilizes LEDs for both the low beam and the high beam. The only bulb will be for the turn signal. We would recommend our projector option for full-LED functionality, and the best ouput!
I just installed the light on 2014 tundra. I am having issues with turning lights. It blinking too quick when I have all the lights on on the night time, like if a light was burn off. Is this normal? Please let me know thanks
Sorry to hear you are having issues! Please contact our customer service department at contact@formlights.com and they will help get this resolved. I went ahead and passed the issue along to them already so they are looking out for your message!
Just bought the reflector model and love how they look. I have a question about the DRL and this could be user error but does the DRL work by themselves without the actual headlight being on?
Hey Pat! You would be correct. The DRL will operate independently as long as you have installed the included DRL harness. You can see more on that in our installation video linked below at the 3:22 mark. If you need any further assistance, please go ahead and give us a call at 636-748-4444 Monday-Friday 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. CST, or shoot us an email at contact@formlights.com, and our service team would be happy to help you with that. ruclips.net/video/FApVZr-Y6sE/видео.html
So I was able to get it to work. I initially used the original truck headlight fuse and didn’t use the fuse suggested thinking it wouldn’t make a difference. I have since changed it and the DRLs are now working independently. Thank you again.
We do not have any data to compare them directly when it comes to output numbers, but if you reference the video at 1:14 we show output images comparing the projector option to the stock headlights that were on the vehicle we used. Our projectors have a razor sharp cutoff and are extremely intense.
Are these compatible on a 2020 Tundra SR5 to upgrade from factory oem led headlights? Is there noticeable difference in light output? The stock Tundra LEDs arnt much better than the halogen. Are you guys able to list any stats with wattage or lumens for comparison? Thanks for your time.
Hey Tom! Yes, these would be compatible with your 2020 SR5. You will simply not use the included harness, as they'll plug directly into your factory connectors. Linked below is out install video. Unfortunately, we have not had a chance to compare these directly to the OEM-LED headlights at this time. However, we do have candela numbers we can share with you! The projector option produces just over 52,000 candela for the low beam, with the reflector option coming in at about 13,300. ruclips.net/video/FApVZr-Y6sE/видео.html Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hey Adonis! These lights will function perfectly on your 2015. They're designed to plug right into your factory connectors, and won't give you any errors!
Do both have the signal chasing lights?
Yes, both options come with sequential turns!

Is there any type of start-up sequence with these? Such as the white DRL completing a sweeping motion before illuminating all the way?
Unfortunately, our headlights for the Tundra do not include a startup or welcome sequence at this time. Sorry about that!
@@formlighting Thanks for the quick response!

So I used the harness cause mine is a 2015 but if they are supposed to work independently then I must have plugged into the wrong fuse.
Strange! Go ahead and reach out via one of the methods mentioned above, our customer service team will be able to help you out.

Great to hear it, Pat! No problem!
I recently purchased OEM led and am extremely disappointed with the output. Are these projector styles brighter than Toyota OEM led?

Are these available without the sequential turn? Amber drl?
Not at this time, sorry about that!

Let us know if you have any other questions!
I have OEM reflectors will i have any issues with the projector or would it be best to go with the reflector
That actually won't be a factor here! Either upgrade will work.

They are not brighter than oem but they sure look great

OEM-grade! And if for whatever reason something did go out, you're covered by our standard two-year warranty.
