Sweet lights! Especially the light bar in the hood. But after watching the install video there was no way I was attempting this on my own. And I dont know a single shop near me that has a tech that I trust to do it.
It’s quite simple if you have a little mechanical knowledge. Don’t be afraid to tackle it in your own. You’d be surprised what you can accomplish on your own.
It can be done, prolly took me longer wiring it up than actually installing the light bar. Had to make a couple trips to the parts store but I built my own wiring.

So I just installed my morimoto xb amber headlights on my 2018 toyota tundra, with the oem harness, my blinker is sequential my hazards work, high and low beams work but my starter sequence doesn't work and my oem light adjuster doesn't work am I suppose to hook up the fuse wire? In order for everything to work?
Hello I have a 2015 Tundra and just had them installed. I was told that I need to purchase the Morimoto DRL Delete Relay conversion for the turn signal to work. Is that correct? Please help.
I'm looking for new headlights for my 2021 but I'm concerned about these lights if bulbs aren't replaceable. Does that mean one of my lights goes out and it cost me 600 bucks to fix it?

So I'm watching your video and I think I'm going to replace my headlights cause the factory halogen doesn't look good in my 2017 tundra and another thing I noticed its those black five spokes rims they look awesome I've been wanting some five spokes is it possible you can tell me the brand on those rims I try but can't see it
The Morimoto lights seem to be better overall, AlphaRex is a great, more affordable option. Either one of the two would be the better choices on the market. I would personally go with the Morimoto!
Bought a pair, but I have an after market steel bumper and I feel like my headlights are aimed too high blinding everybody in traffic. How do I adjust them lower??
Problem with the morimoto tundra headlights is the don’t follow the OEM body lines of the truck like the OEM led ones do. Look at the DRLs and you will see exactly what I’m talking about
May not be used to seeing the defined step beam pattern - there is a step down in the middle of the beam on the drivers side for oncoming traffic. This step-up allows for more light on the passenger side, without blinding anyone else. There are different types of beam patterns, and some of them can be straight across instead of having a step in them.
I just installed these on my 2020 with OEM LEDs and the three projectors work, turn signals, and parking lights. However, the DRLs don’t come on and neither do the side markers. When my lights are on, only the 3 projectors are illuminated. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
I have a 2020 SR5 Tundra that has Halogens and the DRL factory strip on them. I’m wanting to go the morimoto gen 2s with the Morimoto fog lights but my question is will I need the adapter harness to go the gen 2s?
I need help, so I've installed new headlights on my 2017 platinum tundra. And when I lock the truck, the daytime light stays on for a really long time before turning off. Is there a way I can fix it?
Try going into the setting on your dash for vehicle exit lighting... I don’t have a tundra but I have an 2019 f250 and I can change how long my lights stay on after I turn the truck off and lock it.. from 15sec to 30sec to 60sec Hope this helps!
@@TheUnspeakable9 thank you for taking time and giving me some info, I tried this and it worked, lol at first I thought the headlights were faulty have a good one
@@EduardoISF Lifetime?? Actually, many of these after-market headlights are cheaply made so the circuit boards burn out and clear plastic quickly fogs & yellows
@@g_unit6773 I’ve had cars where I’ve gotten the headlights retrofitted. Both companies use morimoto product and I’ve been pleased with them. Never burned while I owned the cars. Will these work with a 2020 trd pro? I'm seeing stories of after market lights messing up the electrical because of toyotas safety sense. I love the stock headlights but they're not powerful and forced to always turn on fog lights. And even after that I still think it's still dim.

Yes, if your '15 has stock DRL, you will need to replace the relay with a non-DRL version. Headlight Revolution confirmed this for me on my '17.
@@nelsondvance thanks for the response dude. Ended up installing the delete ray and all things working well. Love the lights! Have a great weekend.
The cost here doesnt give my wallet reason for such a minimal improvement but the inside led bulb replacement kit was a no brainer
Any hyperflash problems if I also have LED rear turn signals? Currently running incandescent front bulbs with no resistors and there is no problems.
None that we've seen!
