While those are cooking do the guacamole and salsa, saute peppers, and blend the sour cream. Done. Seems like 30 min prep 30 min cook. Im gonna do it tonight and see how long it takes.

She did everything step by step to show us. But seems simple to me. Put chickpeas in crockpot, then put squash in oven, and quinoa to cook all at the same time. While those are cooking do the guacamole and salsa, saute peppers, and blend the sour cream. Done. Seems like 30 min prep 30 min cook. Im gonna do it tonight and see how long it takes.
