Tighnari is hella fun to play. Right up there with Kazuha for me, so regardless his not being the most popular or powerful I’m building him and playing him and not regretting any of it.
Personally, I think Tighnari is to dendro what Diluc is to pyro: a good consistent damage dealer. They may not be the best of their peers, but they're still very good at their jobs, which is unfortunate since most players will overlook them because they want big one-shot numbers
In some ways I would agree The only difference is that Tighnari is quickswap and actually strong and competitive to alhaitham Diluc is pyro hypercarry inferior even to klee Not hating on diluc because he is still somewhat strong and stylish
I agree, but they do have to make Diluc's attacks less clunky. He's a little bit hard to manage, compared to Tighnari whose arrows has homes (?) in towards the target. I think that difference makes Tighnari's rotations and playstyle feel a "bit better", but yeah!

@@rehanphalswal not an expert, but a Tignari haver, his best teams are spread teams, so if you could get a dendro/electro support for deepwood, like kirara, yaoyao, ect are great holders, barbra doesnt work as the skill/burst needs to hit enemies. As Sucrose is an anemo character, her best is likely VV for resistance shread for Fischel.
Tighnari was my first ever 5 star at ar 45 when I lost my 50/50 on nahida's banner to him and he has carried me ever since and I recently I just crowned him
Good guide. Pretty much complete and detailed. As someone who runs the Tighnari-Yae team as well, Fischl would be a great third slot (for damage, electro resonance, energy for Yae)while the fourth slot goes to the sustain/flex slot who has the Deepwood set on, Zhongli included. Usually, Nahida's needed in teams that needs her aggressive Dendro application instead like Bloom/Burgeon/Hyperbloom teams. She's still good though!
I really enjoy Tighnari Yae Fishl Venti in the abyss, sure you have 0 healing but if you're willing to get a bit sweaty it won't matter too much, between the Venti succ, the invuln burst spam and the Tighnari taunt. It does tons of damage and you can take advantage of the tiny aoe of yae turrets/tigh shots to multiply your damage in Venti's ult. By far my most fun quickswap aggravate team!
i mainly play quick swap and when i first saw tighnari, i didn't like his design but i like his game play so i pulled for him and triple crowned him. and after a month got his c1 from standard banner. my goal is to get him to c6.
I unfortunately got First Great Magic on the last wep banner (trying for Aqua Simulacra) and have nobody to use it on - honestly, Tighnari looks really comfy and videos like this give me some hope for inevitable character 50/50 losses.

Slight corection, thanks to @SantaBAkure for pointing it out: 600 EM is NOT the cap for Tighnari's A2, it's much higher. Still, don't sacrifice other important stats like Crit Rate / DMG, Energy Recharge and even some ATK% to try and get more EM. 5:38 to correct you a little 600 em is not a limit for tighnari it’s 1000 em limit like with alhaitham It’s just alhaitham’s passive is stronger in scaling: 600 em gives tighnari 36% bonus for charged attacks and burst and for alhaitham 60% bonus damage on normal attacks and skill

Got Tig X 2 on 50/50 loss, 1st was when he'd just been moved to standard banner. Not in any rush to build him but some interesting pointers here to consider.
I should've pulled for Yae Miko. I already want her in a team and this would be it. Yae, Kazuha, Tighnari, Kuki/Yaoyao. I guess I have to wait a few months. Maybe another team crops up before then that I'll go for instead.

Lost my 50/50 to him on wanderers banner right after getting Kokomi, did not get wanderer but im really glad I got Tighnari instead of Jean or Qiqi (I already have cons of them and I'm f2p)
YES TIGNARI, ON MY MAIN ACCOUT HE HAS CARRIED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE GAME, AND STILL DOES! Edit: Minor note, from experimenting, for me, gilded has the smallest bit more damage, but go for the one that has the best substats. Also for me 140 ER total is enough to get his burst from just his skill and 3 shots if you can hit them all.
Damn, I was using him as a dps in a hyperbloom team with kuki(or fischl), Xingqiu and Kirara (Kirara because those blooms hurt. You just have to stand so close but yeah it works(wack but lowkey we are doing good damage. (Also I kinda has bad luck and got only hp artefacts for the green nahida set so it works well on Kirara (as she scales off of hp).
I have tighnari on 2p marechaussee and 2p deepwood (He's got my best artifacts of the unbuilt ones 100% might be 3rd best main dps I have once all artifacts are lvl 20)
5:37 Hah, 600 EM is not a max, at this point you can have 36% DMG bonus. Max EM for this talent is 1k and only that you can have your max 60% DMG bonus
So I have three questions if you can answer please. Is it better to use yao yao instead of kokomi? Also I thought of two teams if you could tell me which is the best: team one: tighnari kokomi yae miko kazuha; team two: tighnari kokomi yae miko raiden? My last question is if the tighnari team is better to do only quicken and aggravate reaction or is it fine to do some hyperblooms too? (That is why I asked about yao yao above). (Kokomi will have equipped deepwood)
Yaoyao since Spread is Tighnari's best team. Hydro will give you bloom which you don't want. These teams are....OK. So again, Tighnari wants the spread reaction. Kokomi ruins it by giving you bloom although she's a great healer. Kazuha cannot swirl with Dendro, and Tighnari is a character that doesn't actually need his enemies grouped up since his burst and charge attacks auto track enemies. So for the first team, if you want to use Kazuha you can, but I would swap Kokomi for Yaoyao. For the second team, I would suggest the same thing. Raiden Shogun and Tighnari don't really mix imo, I think Tighnari is a fine main dps, but you can use both if you really want. First time would be my go to with my suggestions. Tighnari is best suited for Spread, which is the Dendro equivalent of Aggravate. Hyperbloom only cares about stacking as much EM as possible so it makes other stats like Crit Rate/DMG and ATK% useless on him if going that route.
For Tighnari I use Nahida /Yae Miko/ and my choice of sustain. This can be Zhongli/Layla/Kirara/Dori I typically go with a shielder because I hate getting interrupted while charging a shot.
Uhhh she can be, but you can also just use Fischl as well! But if I had to choose between pulling Raiden or Yae Miko, definitely go with Raiden as she's just great overall.
What do you think needs to be updated for Tighnari? His rotations and teams are the same, Mualani is a catalyst and Kinich uses a claymore so there isn't a new 5-star bow for him to use. Slingshot is still one of his best weapons and most f2p accessible. I guess one constellation might be free if you decide to get him with your free 5 star, but what else needs to be updated?

Tightnari is not magically gaining back 40 energy with his skill, you're probably counting the extra particles you generate when you kill weak enemies like slimes, hillichurls. For bosses, it can be harder and also depends on what team you're using him on.
yo man i just got my tighnari to 90 today i am using him with aqua simulacra and his team is kokomi wiith ttdls and nahida and raiden is that team good ??? is he playable with hyperblloom or should i build a spread team around him???
Holy that's a lot of 5 stars lol. Yeah that team is good for exploration and most of the game. Spread is better for his personal damage! Hyperbloom is dependent on your electro, in your case Raiden's EM. But both teams are good.
Well, the 2 piece effect does nothing for him, and you don't benefit from the attack speed. Wanderer's Troupe is much better as you pretty much get the same effect, and he benefits from the 80 EM from two piece effect!
I am really confused what weapon to use on him, i am using tighnari , kazuha , fischl and kokomi with deepwood set I am scared to use slingshot cuz i dont wanna loose that 10% dmg and i am using my thundering pulse on yelan in another team so should i use r1 stringless bow or something else ?
@@chrisplaysdrums09 Lol Tig - nari is apparently the right way to say it (based on the origins of the name). The eng dub allegedly says it wrong. It's funny since you get people correcting others both ways a ton.
1. Fishchl Elemental Skill or Burst (Pick one not both!) 2. Switch to Tighnari 3. Tighnari skill > 1 CA (Charged Attack) > Burst > CA x 2 Sucrose doesn't really synergize with this team since you can't swirl Dendro. But I guess if you want to use her then I would use fit her in after Fischl but before Tighnari. Use burst (if available) then skill.
@@calamitygenshinimpact1255 Getting a character which only be used as bench warmer in sot exciting at all. There are characters we want and characters we do not want. Some want to 6 stars Mona or Keqing or Diluc. Adding more characters to standard will render such options impossible. So, this is not a win-win for everybody.
Both are good! The new BP bow sounds amazing for Tighnari tbh! But I haven't tested it ( I don't buy the BP very often anymore) so it's only my speculation!

He gets his max a2 bonus with 1000 em. His a2 says that he will gain a for 0.02% of his em with the max bonus being 60%. So dats 1000×0.02% = 60

Tighnaris 50 em buff is for whenever you shoot the three arrows not just the no charge up ones from the skill
? Not sure what you're trying to say, the talent description says whenever you fire a wreath arrow, which is special charged shot.

He's definitely solid and fun to play.

For a Tighnari team Sucrose is much better than Kazuha just because of her EM share unless Kazuha is C2

Dendro Res is important but still for fun I would really use Furina + Yae + Zhongli + Tighnari team comp
Slingshot is the best f2p for sure no debate because atk is not the most important and em you can have so much without em bow

Crescent will be easier to get to R5 and the effect is good as long as the enemy has a weak point!
Slingshot is also another good option to consider!

Unfortunately not really, since Beidou's ult only works with normal attacks not charged attacks. Lisa would be a better fit with her burst.

yo man i just got my tighnari to 90 today i am using him with aqua simulacra and his team is kokomi wiith ttdls and nahida and raiden is that team good ??? is he playable with hyperblloom or should i build a spread team around him???
Holy that's a lot of 5 stars lol. Yeah that team is good for exploration and most of the game. Spread is better for his personal damage!
Hyperbloom is dependent on your electro, in your case Raiden's EM. But both teams are good.

Well, the 2 piece effect does nothing for him, and you don't benefit from the attack speed. Wanderer's Troupe is much better as you pretty much get the same effect, and he benefits from the 80 EM from two piece effect!

Use Slingshot you will never have the 10% less dmg if you play well and is the best f2p option because of sub stat

1. Fishchl Elemental Skill or Burst (Pick one not both!)
2. Switch to Tighnari
3. Tighnari skill > 1 CA (Charged Attack) > Burst > CA x 2
Sucrose doesn't really synergize with this team since you can't swirl Dendro. But I guess if you want to use her then I would use fit her in after Fischl but before Tighnari. Use burst (if available) then skill.

You can, but not Tighnari and Razor together, they don't really synergize together.

@@calamitygenshinimpact1255 Getting a character which only be used as bench warmer in sot exciting at all. There are characters we want and characters we do not want. Some want to 6 stars Mona or Keqing or Diluc. Adding more characters to standard will render such options impossible. So, this is not a win-win for everybody.

He was my best and favourite character until they changed his VA and I got Alhaitam. Now I only use him for exploding barrels and the flying rings.
Unfortunately his previous English VA was caught doing some bad things so they had to change VAs.
