Under Budapest Memorandum all Ukraine nuclear stock pile was withdrawn to Russia in exchange for recognizing of 1991 borders of Ukraine. US and UK were a guarantor sides in a Memorandum. In the 80's there was a military war game conducted using the concept of "tactical nukes" for the first time in combat. The conclusion was there is no such thing as a limited nuclear strike because it will always lead to global thermal nuclear war. Which, with the modern warheads of today, means total planet annihilation.

You missed the mark there near the end.
Starting up the nuclear escalation ladder, nuclear strikes at sea are a pretty good idea because you cant blow a crater in the water, hence its a good demonstration place to start a nuclear war-a "natural firebreak" to show intention without full nuclear commitment. .
But where you missed the mark was was talking about radioactive "dust"(fallout ) from a sea strike. There is little dust at sea to become radioactive.
The definitive work on the subject is "On Thermonuclear War" by Herman Kahn. . (AKA DR Strangelove) Its old but very informative .

Other elements are present in lesser amounts, including those that make up plankton and other sea life.
While it was a surface blast on a coral atoll, Castle Bravo managed to sicken the crew of Lucky Dragon 80 miles away. The total volume of coral vaporized was comparatively small and consisted largely of lighter elements such as Calcium. I feel fairly confident that the the steel and other heavier elements contained in an aircraft carrier and its support vessels would be considerably worse with respect to radioactive fallout. I'm not sure, but I also seem to recall that a lot of fish had to be discarded as contaminated.

This video completely misses the point. The ATACMs are US military provided, US intelligence targeted, and US satellite guided. So to any rational observer, it is the United States (a nuclear power) directly attacking Russia (another nuclear power), not Ukraine. Given the ATACMs are nuclear capable, there is no way for Russia to know if they are carrying a conventional payload or a nuclear sneak attack launched from "Ukraine", therefore they said they will respond by targeting the truly responsible parties (NATO bases, US, and UK), not the idiot who pushed the button in Ukraine. The US is the one instigating, which is even more absurd when you consider no one in America knows who in the US government is in control (dementia Biden or McConnell, i don't think so)

Now I will explain to you some other limitations of the new strategic bombers in relation to the old models. There is such a 1.2 megaton B83 bomb. She has a Kevlar parachute that quickly brakes the bomb. And there is a new B2 stealth bomber with a delicate sensitive fuselage coating for invisibility, a coating that should not be spoiled and must be protected. The repair will be awesome in price. And the plane should fly a good distance away from the explosion. I think you've seen the connection. Old planes are not so gentle, and they can also be fast. You can ignore the burnt fuselage and make the bomb more powerful. And B2 is forced to make a limit for itaelf.

If the radius of Iskander missiles is 300 miles, then why is it able to hit targets only to a depth of 100 to 200 miles? By the way, I am sure that Iskander is capable of launching missiles at a greater distance

0:43 - yes but actually no; Kihindzal is air launched version of Iskander and both have been demonstrated as able to be intercepted with success rate > 50% which, factoring in reliability ( 90-80% ) means that for single nuclear strike this isn't feasible. Same is case for Kalibr and othe rcruise missiles. In order to ensure hit Russia would have to use something more difficult to intercept (Rhubiezh or downright strategic missile), possibly along diversionary attack. Launch platform is not as relevant as missile. Tu-22M looks nice with 6 missiles, but Khindzal has never been demonstrated on Tu-22M and AS-6 could be carried max 3. 8:15 - Ukraine doesn't have nuclear aircraft carriers, Phalanx have been largely replaced by RAM or SeaRAM and usually there's escort with SM-2 misisles.

To all nuclear fear people. I survived 4 nuclear blasts living 80 miles from epicenter during Soviet times. These blasts were several megatons which is much powerful than Hiroshima. My mom survived 215 nuclear blasts. And father even more. If Russia ever use nuclear weapon china will not be happy because their enemies such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan will want to develop nuclear weapons for protection and china can forget about its dominance in their region. As well as India will not be happy. Right now entire Russian economy depends on these two countries. They keep fueling military economy of Russia and Russia understands it. Their country will collapse without china and India. If this is not enough I highly doubt that in corrupt country such as Russia these nuclear weapons even work. All money is stolen. If one nuclear bomb will detonate the USA will destroy Russia alone or with Britain and other powerful allies.
