I visited Motokichi Yukimura's restaurant Kichi Kichi Omurice to try his world-famous Omurice. The experience was everything I had hoped for. I have seen videos of him all over Instagram and Tik Tok for months, so it was incredible seeing his incredible cooking skills in-person. His song was an incredible performance. I can't stop singing the song around the house. It's so catchy! My family and I also walked around Kyoto and tried a wagyu beef restaurant in the evening.

i’m honestly unsure how the reservation process works at this point in time. i went to the restaurant last june, and we were “walk-ins.” i believe you can usually find how to reserve your spot by going to their social media pages. good luck!
