Furthermore, Trossard and Jesus can also play as a false 9, with Trossard in particular being really effective. Leao would allow for far more flexibilty with not just rotation but tactics too. The guy is incredibly talented and an absolute specimen who like Isak seems to defy the laws of human physicality by being so fast and quick with his feet whilst being over 6 ft. He is also on record as saying if he left Milan he'd want to play for Arsenal so convincing him wouldn't be a problem. Only issue is we'd have to sell the Emirates to pay for him. As for central midfield, I'm surprised you didn't mention someone else we've been linked with recently: Joao Neves from Benfica. He might be only 19 years old, but f**k me if he isn't already an insane talent. The only thing he seems to lack from what I've seen of him is his final ball in the attacking third, but he would fit our system like a glove, whether that's as a no.6 or no.8. Other than De Jong who's already the finished article, Neves is the sort of potential superstar talent we should be trying to acquire when we have the chance before another super club snaps him up. Mark my words, he will go on to be a complete midfielder at an elite club. You read it here first. I mean, even his name says "I'm destined to be a superstar." Love your Arsenal content dude. We can't sign a "backup" for saka since no one good would agree to not play any minutes unless saka got injured. What we need is someone like Xavi Simons, Mohamed Kudus, or Brahim Díaz who can compete for the right wing, left wing, both 8s/10s in midfield, and potentially as a false 9 as well.
I think Arsenal could also really well do with an Isak or a Watkins because of how good they’re season was and Watkins is even an Arsenal fan I think also zubimendi could really well fit in for arsenal and especially arteta also I think for rw bakayoko would be so good I live in Eindhoven and support psv and he has had a fantastic year with having 14 goals and like 15 assists this season
My ideal window sees us bringing in Diomande, Kadioglu and most importantly Gyokeres, I honestly think he would fit our system very well and do a better job than the likes of osimhen and sesko. Having come off the bench to win the Europa League with a stellar defensive performance, he would be a good understudy to Saliba and brings important cup winning experience to the squad.
