I love HHP and have made over 100 homes. Your exteriors are so awesome and put mine to shame, I will def be taking notes (or completely copying because I suck at them)! I am the worst at picking out what walls and flooring to use, I could spend and hour just messing with them.

I always have grand plans for a downstairs living space and a master bedroom upstairs. never happens lol no one gets a second floor
