On your 40th clients, you will become a Superstar Designer and your reward will be 20000 Poki. You will also unlock the 2nd floor of the cafe after this ☺️
after the second floor unlock there's a second app you get to sketch the inside of houses
At 35 houses u get more sounds I’m pretty sure
@@animefreakjex I didn't get that until after 30 houses. The day after the concert, I was told to talk to Lotti and she gave me the app that allow me to sketch house and save them to use later.
There is more to unlock after 30.
-A second floor to the restaurant (VIP area)
-You can donate to create a patient ward at the hospital
-There is a point where you can leave materials for Niko upstairs next to the DIY bench. It will unlock DIYs for different types of pillars and counters.
-There may be more, but this is what I have come across for now.
-Lottie give you a new app where you can decorate an empty room for more ideas
You get a second floor to the cafe too :3
You get another raise after 49 homes!

Pretty sure i reached 40 cilents and nothing happened, Probably 45 cilents instead
You missed a bunch. Following 30, I'm not sure the levels, but...
1 - private room in the restaurant
2 - gallery floor in the cafe
3 - payrise to 20,000 poki
4 - you get an app from lottie which allows you to design rooms anywhere. You can put those rooms in actual houses on the island later when designing
5 - new parties for milestones, plus Wardell sends you items
Based off this, I think there's probably more, but I haven't come across it yet

and also being able to order from wardwell any any item from the game even ones you dont have in your catalog yet which is one of my favorite things from the dlc

I think the most fun part is the fact you can go on for pretty much forever. I believe there's over 300 villagers you can make houses for.
There acculaly just over 400 villigers it’s crazy how many they have made
Is there a limit to how many villagers you can have at the resort? I'm assuming there is, but...

One more cool thing:
After you unlock the Apparel shop (30 jobs) DJ K.K visits and gives a concert on the beach at the back. The best thing is, you get new reactions!
After the 19th or 20th home designed. Niko will ask for specific materials in his material box upstairs. Donate your materials here to get the different types of counters/pillars! Donate, then the next day you get DIY from Niko! Repeat the process for all types of counters/pillars. There's: Brick, Concrete, Golden, Marble, Simple, Steel, Wooden!
Fun Fact: The first job isn't the same for everyone, I have Eloise on my main island, so my first customer was Olivia

When you visit the holiday home owners for the first time after the initial build, they give you a gift. So far for me it's been the same wallpaper, flooring or rug of their house. I'm wondering if anyone has played around with getting the new wallpapers/floorings/rugs they want by doing this, E.g. not laying down any rugs, so you get more chance of them giving you the wallpaper/flooring that you want! (Then going back and fixing it how you like)
I bought the pro decorating license, and then played the dlc later, they refunded my miles after I unlocked it through happy home paradise. So you won’t ever “waste your miles” if you play the dlc. They kindly give you your miles back.

There’s a 3rd soundscape unlock, the ability to order items, 20,000 Poki pay raise, new app, and facility upgrades (for hospital, restaurant, and cafe).
im so glad that it doesn't lose magic after 30 houses (because to be honest, that for me took 4-5 days to unlock)

I did it in 2 days and decorated them nicely
I Finished 50 In 2.. No I Never Slept And Im An Addict To The DLC
@@dannyhanique6646 I finished it within a day 😭 I just used the 2-3 main items they required. So that’s why I did it so fast. I just wanted to design my villagers houses on my main island
What? It takes me several hours just for one house because I want it to be perfect. After that I'm exhausted and don't touch the DLC for a couple weeks or even months. That's why I only have 4 costumers so far😳
You can exchange bells for poki and vice versa?! OMG. I was bummed that we earned poki instead of bells as I was hoping that “going to work” would give us a chance at having an alternative way to earn bells. So I didn’t have to grind fishing. This makes me beyond happy. I’m not finished paying off my debt, and no where near done with my house or island design! I’m even more pumped to play the dlc!
You made a good point about going slow. That's what I did when the DLC first came out and ended up waiting until winter break to play it. Fun fact: on mondays if you visit the hospital, you can see Joan and she'll give you 10 turnips!
It's not always 10, sometimes it's more - I got 30 this week!

Concerning the ABD, you can only change 15.000 poki maximum per day to bells.
I love this DLC! It’s so much fun to decorate and it really improves my artistic skills!🥰🐶
I THINK you might have missed that at the end,you can design a festival and that’s were you unlock the reactions!!

I wish there was a dlc where you create an air BnB and rent it out to villagers daily, for some passive bells.

You get refunded no worries 😊 I bought the license before playing the dlc and a letter came in the mail refunding me my miles.

I have like 980,000,000 bells so I'm like bless that eventually I can exchange bells for poki because ya girl is struggling getting poki lol.

@@Ireenne I'm lazy and buy bells online/visit hacked islands. I asked for only 96mil to split with my bf since we restarted our islands and forgot about abd lol and I sold a glitched stack of turnips that made me max out my bells in abd lol. I'm down to share cause it's like. I got too many bells now 😂

I think it is around 35 clients that you get a new app on your nookphone for designing rooms without needed a person

Update : I finished job 25! 😊 so close to apparel and to nearly to unlock everything in hhp = happy home paradise
the only thing i care about is if we can use the furniture in our own houses on our own island, does that happen somewhere along the line?
yes, after spending a certain amount of Poki buying things at the HHP Planning office, Wardell opens the entire catalog to you and you can order up to 5 items each day for delivery to your home mailbox
You are one of way too many guides that stops at 30 jobs! The game doesn't end at 30.

I bought this dlc over a month ago because for a very brief moment I was bored with the regular game. I just bought it in November like 3 days after the big update but grinding for bells for upgrades and whatnot became exhausting.
I have ignored HHP until a couple days ago and I regret it SO much.
Does anyone know how to get the new trees? I got the catalog but all I have are cactus and no baobab or decaying tree 😭
Any advice on how to unlock the brick/stone pillars/counters? I read that Niko will give me the recipes after I gave him materials, but this event won't trigger. I'm at job 20ish.
EDIT: apperently it was a bug; as soon as I updated the game to 2.0.2 or whatever, the dialogue triggered.

After you do 40 vacation homes you unlock a app called room sketch
I want to finish my island first and I’m kinda broke
i want bells instead of poki tbh it would help me pay my home debts
I have gotten some millions in bells with gold roses.
Just finished paying 4 fully expanded houses and have 20 million extras.
I have breed each and every one of my 100 gold roses. It took a while but definitely solved my bell problems.

After you complete 30 houses, you can exchange poki for bells.
@@LuoQiin i managed to do 50 homes luckly but yeah it's helping besides the limit of poki to transfer is 15k ...
I don’t buy a lot of things at the shop with the poki, so idk if 165k is a lot of poki, but I buy mostly the chocolate bc it’s cheap

Help. I am stuck after 20 homes at the party celebration with Lottie. It will not let me leave and I’m stuck. Cannot do anything else. I have to exit the game in order to leave and when I go back it takes me right back to the party and again I am stuck without being able to leave. Has anyone experienced this situation. Nintendo customer service does not know why thus is happening

I only have around $80 in total and I’m saving up for a dress that’s $300 so I’m wondering if I should by it as it’ll take half but I get paid $40 every pay every second week so I think I’ll be fine but I keep going back in my money so I’m really thinking because I don’t wanna regret but animal crossing has been my go to the last few weeks but I don’t play very much because I have not a lot of furniture I want and I wanna restyle my island but I’m not picky but I want all the stuff before I start so my island isn’t finished

I normally don’t comment but after watching this video I wanted to say that the ABD will show up the very next day after completing 23 houses. It’s been confirmed because I just completed my 23rd house built last night and this morning the Abd showed up. I’ve been taking it slow and loving it.

Does anyone here know how the villager rng works? I've designed a lot of homes, unlocked everything, but no matter how many times I timeskip, Bruce Chevre and Cyd, who I want on my hhp island, never show up...? No matter how many deers, elephants and goats show up on the beach, cafe and restaurant, none of them are who I'm looking for! No sites online say how it works, does anyone know?
HELP!!!! PLEASE!!
I started out with an Nintendo switch lite And I recently was gifted the regular Nintendo switch. My buddy set it up for me and took my SD card from my lite and put it into my new switch, than transfered game data that was able able be transfered. I ended up restarting Animal Crossing New Horizons sense I literally played it for like 5 mins on the lite total so I didn't mind restarting. I own a hard copy of the game. So sense I signed into my account and transfered saved data to my new switch that makes it the secondary account correct? I want to download the new home paradise dcl , should I do it on the lite or the new switch? Being my saved data is on the new one but sense it's the secondary idk how that would work? Can someone please explain!! I've been researching non stop and still have not a clue. Will I be able to access it fully on my secondary ? If not am I able to transfer the data back over to the lite if needed? And if I do have to transfer it back would I have to remove the SD card and replace it back into the original? And I also keep seeing people saying they had to completey restart from scratch downloading the new DLC , which I really hope isn't the case considering how much time goes into playing this game. I am completely stumped and I want to buy the new DCL so badly but I also don't want to restart my game. I really wish Nintendo didn't make this all so confusing! Please someone help me

You forgot decorating yards!
- You get a new DIY every day from the chef in the restaurant kitchen
- You can visit the doctor in the hospital and get treatment (nose tissues, bandages etc)
- You can order any item from Wardell in any colour once you unlock one variation
- If you speak to villagers after making their house they give you an item you used (usually a wallpaper)
- Joan gave me turnips after I made her a house
- Nat showed up for a bug lecture at the school
- If you use an amiibo to design a house you get their photo in the mail the following day
