I have bought a 1.5-ton ac, My bedroom's dimension is 17.5 feet(long)*7 feet(wide). My bed’s position is at the end of the long side. The length of the bed is 7.5 feet. Where should I install my ac? On top of my bed or on the opposite side of my bed (both are small lengthen walls 7 feet). If I set it on the opposite side then the distance between ac and the bed will be 9.5 feet, would the air reach the bed? Or should I set it on any of the long walls at 17.5 feet? If I set it on a long wall then the distance of the opposite wall is 7 feet from the ac.

@@architectsworld Thank you mam for replying. There are two shorter walls in the room. One is near to the bed and another one is opposite of it. If I set it on the shorter wall near to the bed then it will be on top of the bed because the room's width is 7 feet and my bed is 5 feet. Then should I set it on the opposite side's shorter wall?
Note: longer wall is 17.5 feet and shorter one is 7 feet.
Could we install AC If there are three ventilators in room?

Hello ma'am, how to hide ac electric point?
There are 2 ways.
1. Place a 15amp socket at ac height level and gave a switch to operate at 3'6 height.
2. Left ac point on wall according to ac placement and directly connect the ac wire and ac model then operate it through switch

My room is 120 sq feet approx.which will be best side for placing the ac?head sidewall or leg side wall is good for health or side wall is good?there are only bed and a table no other furniture.pls reply mam fast
