Some retail shop is giving discount on Installtion and they used to send local guy for AC Installtion, please do not accept this kind of discount. We should not think to saving few money in cost of AC performance and stability.

They never listen to customer.i also purchased Panasonic AC. Technician come without vaccum pump i refused for installation process. Customer support arranged another technician. I'm waiting.

You are right. I came to know that company recommend for vacuum evacuation after AC installation. Installation simply skipped it. When I connected installation guy and company, they say it is mandatory to linger size copper pipe. But good to have for smaller size pipe. I would recommend, if you are planning for AC installation then must insist installation guy for vacuum.
Before opening the gas from the outdoor unit wee need to vacuum the indoor unit line,because there is air in the indoor unit line.This is not done while fixing this AC and it has to be done because there won't be enough cooling and there will be higher electricity consumption and even it is bad for the compressor.

As per my knowledge, 1.5 Ton AC may took maximum 15 Ampere, so its good enough to use 2.5 Sq MM copper cable. I have same setup and my AC connected with 15 amp pin. Kindly let me know, if any more doubt there. Thank you.
Core cutting is not included in AC installtion. They will do drill cutting free of cost as included in AC installtion fee. They will arrange some person for core cutting but they will charge.
My LG AC got installed yesterday. Technician told they have do send proof to LG with a photo that vacuum was done. So its a good service from LG. Regarding AC quality: performance good, energy-efficient, low noise. Since i m from mumbai, i went for AC having Gold fin+, for corrosion resistance..
@Abhianand420 nahi. LG ki taraf se hi tha.. Croma se lia tha, they raised request with LG for installation. Installation charges ka bill bhi whatsapp par LG se aaya.. So it was genuine from LG. Appliance lena hai to offline acche store se lena hi better hai. Online me used product chipkaane ka darr rehta hai..
I have seen in many videos before open gas vaccum must done, why you didn't do that pipe vaccum , rest of the air should be removed from the copper pipe 😮
Thank you for your suggestion. But when I checked with LG customer care, they said vacuum is only required when copper pipe length is more than 10 meter else not required. But as you said, it is good to have even for smaller size pipe. I recommend to must have this vacuum process even copper pipe is smaller. I missed as I was not aware during my installation time. Sir हम ने रिलायंस से LG ka 1.5 टन AC लिया पर उन के तरफ से जो इंस्टोलेसन करने जो आए थे उन्हों ने इतना बेकार इंस्टॉल किया । रूम में वाटर लिकेज होने लगा । और उन्हों ने वैक्यूम भी नही किया । जब हम ने वैक्यूम करने को बोला तो उन्हों ने माना कर दिया । बोला new AC में वैक्यूम नही होता । मेरी complent के बाद भी रिलायंस की तरफ से मुझ को कोई भी हेल्प नही मिली। प्लीज आप सभी Reliance से एसी लेने से पहले उनकी कंडीशन समझ ले और विचार कर ले । क्यों की आप के साथ कोई भी प्रोब्लम होने पर रिलायंस कोई हेल्प नही करे गा।।😢
@dpg5493 I did not purchased. AC installation guy carry with them. I purchased from them only. But store person already shared the extra accessories piece with me while purchasing the AC. That is standard price. Before installation, you should ask what are the extra things required and price. Hope, you will have all perfect AC installtion.

Mera 34K ka hai, Lekin mere 3 star hai. New AC me drainage testing must nahi hai. But ye 1 minute ka test hai. Aap AC installtion wale ko kahna. Maine Vacuum miss kar diya tha. But aap jaroor karwana. Important hai.
I missed as I was not aware that time. And installtion guy also did tell me anything for vacuum process. Later I enquired and found that for new AC installtion with three meter copper wire, vacuum is optional thing but good to have.

3 Pin does not come with AC box. Either your have to purchase in advance or pay to installtion guy. They carry with him always. Better you purchase to save some money 😊.
For stand outdoor unit, technician collected 300 separately. Does it come under the standard installation charges. Because I purchased the bracket separately.
The bracket cost should be separate. Including its installation in the AC installation charges isn't right. I've paid for the bracket but not for its installation. I purchased offline. Few reasons: 1. Price was bit less in offline. 2. If any damage, we can get new one immediate. 3. They will help in sending installation engineer on time. 4. You will get many bank card offers at store. 5. Store slates person will explain product in details. These are my personal thought. You can go online if you really get better price.

Agar room size 150- 170 square feet hai to 1 Ton is good choice. Maine 1.5 Tone lagaya hai, 10 minute me pura room cold ho jata hai. Baad me 1.5 Ton to 1 Ton bana dete hai for saving electricity. LG model me 0.8 Ton se 1.6 Ton bana sakte hai.
@@binodsumanactivity266 yes.. maine bhi LG inverter use kr rha hoon from last 6yrs.. its really best inverter ac i have ever experienced.. i have panasonic inverter ac also.. but trust me i am not satisfied with panasonic.. cause its works like a normal start, stop ac, sometimes room get over cooled, some times room got warm.. cannot maintain the set temp accurately.. the cooling accuracy is worst, also power consumtion and noise is very high..
I live in top floor, so can i ask them to cut the hole through the roof directly instead of walls? because through walls, the copper pipe might exceed the 3m limit.
I would say, go for wall cutting. Roof cutting may have water leakage issue. In this video, AC installation there on top floor. Let’s go for extra copper wire but do not cut roof. But you please take expert suggestion from Instalation guys. Some important things for AC installation. 1. Keep one feet space from ceiling 2. Do not keep AC vent in above head board 3. Vacuum evacuation for longer wire 4. Close the hole after completing wire and pipe passing 5. Take Stabiliser if voltage fluctuate more 6. Keep outdoor unit where engineer easily fix any problem.

If easily possible then I would recommend to purchase from store. Please make sure, AC installation guy must be from LG company. They know better their product and take care many important things while Instalation. Warranty should net ba affected but why you will take risk. Take care of important things, which I have mentioned in below conversation.
Yeah, I missed it because I didn't know it was important during AC installation. But if your copper wire is less than 3 meters, you don't have to vacuum it, though it's still a good idea to have it. I did it during my second AC installation.
Daikin Ac is oblivious better choice but price is more compare to LG AC. Dainik AC is good for bigger room and known for heavy duty. I heard, serving facility is not good for Dainik AC.
Installation guy take some extra money for wire, pipe. I know 250/- more for wrapping tap but I was not having any choice. Drain pipe minimum size is of 3 meters. If possible please use PVC for longer life.
AC boards comes with in-build stabiliser. If there is not much voltage fluctuation in your area then it is not required. This is answer I got from installation guy and other friend who having AC for longer time. But it is always good to have to protect your AC in any level of voltage fluctuation. In my society, normally we do not have any major voltage fluctuation.
Daikan is the best as it is hard duty AC. But you should take decision on where to install AC. If room is small and not frequently use then go for LG, but room size is very big then go for heavy duty AC like Daiking, OGeneral.
Lg 3star 2024 model , ac cooling power is less 4400 and lg 5 star cooling power is 5000. Both 1.5 ton on paper but accualy you have purchase 1.25 ton. Ac measure on cooling power. If you purchase 5 star then it will give proper colling. Company charging 8 thousand not only for 5 star. But give proper cooling. Ac is for cooling not for. Star rateing without know the actual meaning. You though both 3 and 5; give same cooling . But you wrong 3 give less cooling also high electricty bill.

Thats why I mentioned, that depends on your usage, you should decide. If you have more usage for multiple month then you should go for 5 star. Daikin is way better, highest ISSER, and lowest power consumption, this installation team totally scammed u, cost of outdoor stand is 510/- + 300 installation of that stand, they even Didn't vaccumed the AC, read the owners manual, clearly mentioned to Vaccumed the ac before release the gas, to -30 psi, branded Ancor 16 Amp socket is available only for 80/- u got totally scammed by them.
in reality it is actually 1.25 ton lg ac and lg charge smartly as 1.5 ton ... you should go for atleast 5000w rated cooling capacity for better cooling experience.
@@namankalsariya5150 every brand capped their ac cooling at 3star category.. daikin even hitachi capped cooling to 4800watt on their 1.5ton 5star category.. soo its dosent really matter for inverter ac.. cause if u are using inverter ac then your target using is per day more than 6hours.. so 1st time it will take hardly 5-10mnt extra to reach set temp.. after reaching set temp a inverter ac automatically reduce the tonnage.. sp its really dsnt matter.

So far there is no cooling issue. Happy feeling so far. This is good economy AC. Model is LG 2024 model TS- Q18tnxe 1.5ton 3star. This is one of the good AC in this price range.
Main vacuum miss kar diya. Installtion wale me bhi nahi bataya. It is not compulsory if copper length is less than 4 meter. But vacuum karwana achcha hota hai.

Bangalore I did not go for core cutting as it is normal wall. AC Installation guy did drill cutting and cost was included in normal installation charges. No need to pay extra. They done good drill cutting without any damage to wall.

Yes, you are right, Stabiliser needed where voltage fluctuation is common. Before my AC Installtion, I contacted many people and found 80% people did not use stabiliser for AC as their society do not any voltage fluctuation issue. But it is good to have.

Yes, he skipped vaccum process. When I checked with company, got the answer that for smaller size, vaccum is not very much important but good to have. Please insist Vaccum process if you are going to install new AC.

why did you purchase 4 star ac when you know 5 star is better.. you should have purchased it.. since your English is quite better, you should know the importance of 5 star over 4 star... next time you should do more research work before buying any electronic gadgets.. Hello Sudip, appreciate your detailed advice. While all my home appliances are 5-star rated, my research before purchasing the AC revealed a different perspective. The price difference between 3 & 5 stars is 8K, but with my limited usage (2 months, less than 5 hours per day), it would take 8 years to justify the cost. I didn't observe significant functional differences. However, I recommend opting for 5 stars with more usage. Thanks.

The guide usually specifies that there's no excess gas in the unit for purging purposes and emphasizes the need for vacuuming before gas release into the indoor unit before starting the system.

You are right. I came to know that company recommend for vacuum evacuation after AC installation. Installation simply skipped it. When I connected installation guy and company, they say it is mandatory to linger size copper pipe. But good to have for smaller size pipe.
I would recommend, if you are planning for AC installation then must insist installation guy for vacuum.
Before opening the gas from the outdoor unit wee need to vacuum the indoor unit line,because there is air in the indoor unit line.This is not done while fixing this AC and it has to be done because there won't be enough cooling and there will be higher electricity consumption and even it is bad for the compressor.

As per my knowledge, 1.5 Ton AC may took maximum 15 Ampere, so its good enough to use 2.5 Sq MM copper cable. I have same setup and my AC connected with 15 amp pin. Kindly let me know, if any more doubt there. Thank you.

Core cutting is not included in AC installtion. They will do drill cutting free of cost as included in AC installtion fee. They will arrange some person for core cutting but they will charge.

Appliance lena hai to offline acche store se lena hi better hai. Online me used product chipkaane ka darr rehta hai..

Thank you for your suggestion. But when I checked with LG customer care, they said vacuum is only required when copper pipe length is more than 10 meter else not required. But as you said, it is good to have even for smaller size pipe.

Sir हम ने रिलायंस से LG ka 1.5 टन AC लिया पर उन के तरफ से जो इंस्टोलेसन करने जो आए थे उन्हों ने इतना बेकार इंस्टॉल किया । रूम में वाटर लिकेज होने लगा । और उन्हों ने वैक्यूम भी नही किया । जब हम ने वैक्यूम करने को बोला तो उन्हों ने माना कर दिया । बोला new AC में वैक्यूम नही होता । मेरी complent के बाद भी रिलायंस की तरफ से मुझ को कोई भी हेल्प नही मिली। प्लीज आप सभी Reliance से एसी लेने से पहले उनकी कंडीशन समझ ले और विचार कर ले । क्यों की आप के साथ कोई भी प्रोब्लम होने पर रिलायंस कोई हेल्प नही करे गा।।😢

I missed as I was not aware that time. And installtion guy also did tell me anything for vacuum process. Later I enquired and found that for new AC installtion with three meter copper wire, vacuum is optional thing but good to have.

The bracket cost should be separate. Including its installation in the AC installation charges isn't right. I've paid for the bracket but not for its installation. 1. Price was bit less in offline.
2. If any damage, we can get new one immediate.
3. They will help in sending installation engineer on time.

Agar room size 150- 170 square feet hai to 1 Ton is good choice. Maine 1.5 Tone lagaya hai, 10 minute me pura room cold ho jata hai. Baad me 1.5 Ton to 1 Ton bana dete hai for saving electricity. LG model me 0.8 Ton se 1.6 Ton bana sakte hai.

I live in top floor, so can i ask them to cut the hole through the roof directly instead of walls? because through walls, the copper pipe might exceed the 3m limit.
I would say, go for wall cutting. Roof cutting may have water leakage issue. In this video, AC installation there on top floor. Let’s go for extra copper wire but do not cut roof. But you please take expert suggestion from Instalation guys.
Some important things for AC installation.
1. Keep one feet space from ceiling
2. Do not keep AC vent in above head board
3. Vacuum evacuation for longer wire
4. Close the hole after completing wire and pipe passing
5. Take Stabiliser if voltage fluctuate more
6. Keep outdoor unit where engineer easily fix any problem.

If easily possible then I would recommend to purchase from store. Please make sure, AC installation guy must be from LG company. They know better their product and take care many important things while Instalation.
Warranty should net ba affected but why you will take risk. Take care of important things, which I have mentioned in below conversation.

indoor and outdoor both copper wire wrapped with some good quality of foam. Wrapping tap ka jaroorat kebal outdoor ke liye hai.

Yeah, I missed it because I didn't know it was important during AC installation. But if your copper wire is less than 3 meters, you don't have to vacuum it, though it's still a good idea to have it. I did it during my second AC installation.

Drain pipe minimum size is of 3 meters. If possible please use PVC for longer life.
Why is there no stabilizer? Isn't it necessary?
AC boards comes with in-build stabiliser. If there is not much voltage fluctuation in your area then it is not required. This is answer I got from installation guy and other friend who having AC for longer time. But it is always good to have to protect your AC in any level of voltage fluctuation. In my society, normally we do not have any major voltage fluctuation.
Lg have pcb problem... Technician don't warap taflon tap for ac gas pipes joints..

Daikan is the best as it is hard duty AC. But you should take decision on where to install AC. If room is small and not frequently use then go for LG, but room size is very big then go for heavy duty AC like Daiking, OGeneral.
Lg 3star 2024 model , ac cooling power is less 4400 and lg 5 star cooling power is 5000. Both 1.5 ton on paper but accualy you have purchase 1.25 ton. Ac measure on cooling power. If you purchase 5 star then it will give proper colling. Company charging 8 thousand not only for 5 star. But give proper cooling. Ac is for cooling not for. Star rateing without know the actual meaning. You though both 3 and 5; give same cooling . But you wrong 3 give less cooling also high electricty bill.

Daikin is way better, highest ISSER, and lowest power consumption, this installation team totally scammed u, cost of outdoor stand is 510/- + 300 installation of that stand, they even Didn't vaccumed the AC, read the owners manual, clearly mentioned to Vaccumed the ac before release the gas, to -30 psi, branded Ancor 16 Amp socket is available only for 80/- u got totally scammed by them.

I did not go for core cutting as it is normal wall. AC Installation guy did drill cutting and cost was included in normal installation charges. No need to pay extra. They done good drill cutting without any damage to wall.

Yes, you are right, Stabiliser needed where voltage fluctuation is common. Before my AC Installtion, I contacted many people and found 80% people did not use stabiliser for AC as their society do not any voltage fluctuation issue.

Yes, he skipped vaccum process. When I checked with company, got the answer that for smaller size, vaccum is not very much important but good to have. Please insist Vaccum process if you are going to install new AC.

R32 gas is very dangerous gas it's a easy to catch fire many people are not aware of it even the technician also. If you ok with the surprise bomb hanging on wall just skip my words thank you.

1. Dainik is heavy duty AC and may not require for normal room size.
2. As I heard, service is not easy. They do not dedicated original service center in our city.
3. Dainik AC Price was bit more than LG AC.

Hello Sudip, appreciate your detailed advice. While all my home appliances are 5-star rated, my research before purchasing the AC revealed a different perspective. The price difference between 3 & 5 stars is 8K, but with my limited usage (2 months, less than 5 hours per day), it would take 8 years to justify the cost. I didn't observe significant functional differences. However, I recommend opting for 5 stars with more usage. Thanks.

It's simple people who use Ac 8 hrs or more like offices should go for 5 star as elec bill goes high PPL who use Ac in night or afternoon jus for sleeping shld go for 3 star
