At your place I would also have used “Nylog” and your vacuum was not done adequately, you only vacuumed your blue line since you opened the valve after the vacuum. You should have opened the 4 bottom valves before vacuuming and on one LP only, wait 30 minutes to detect leaks then when everything is perfect open the 2 “master” at the top slowly.

Pioneer customer service is terrible, only got back to me once out of several emails, unit build was very cheap, I eventually ordered an 18000 from Della and it was built like a tank, 22 seer with WiFi which the Pioneer didn't have and was only 18 seer, Della 18000 was the size of an 24000 due to better efficiency and price was basically the same but with a lot more features.
I believe oxygen free dry nitrogen OFDN shall use for leakage Testing and at 1.5times of working pressure in lines. The vaccum shall stand for atleast 15minutes @100micron. 16:48
My iManifold gauge would like to say otherwise on the vacume through the manifold. It’s called maintaining your gauge, change the Teflon seals, it’s a thing you should’ve learned while learning to use your equipment.

When the valve is opened, the pressure is inside the pipe and indoor unit is already in there. So I tested with soap. When the unit is on during the test, the pressure in the big pipe drop so I don't turn it on the unit.

When the valve is opened, the pressure is inside the pipe and indoor unit is already in there. So I tested with soap.
When the unit is on during the test, the pressure in the big pipe drop so I don't turn it on the unit.
