Sir, exhaust solution ke baatre main bhi baatao.. kitchen main chimney lag jayegi. Mere paas double celiling drawing room hai and main bathroom main hidden exhaust chaiye plus drawing room main.
in my 3 bhk floor, i installed a split ac in one bedroom and vrv system in the remaining bedrooms, hall, dining area etc. in this way if vrv loses its gas then still i have one split ac working.

I have a house of 12 ac to be installed, in which 4 AC are casette AC and rest split should I go with normal split or a Vrv? Which is more cost efficient
VRF will be best because one big outdoor unit will be there and also its power efficient as many indoor unit work on single outdoor unit. But it is advisable to have 1 separate AC unit because if all the AC's are connected to single compressor and if it requires repair then all the AC's will stop working.
So it's advisable to have one AC separately installed maybe in guest bedroom.
But one thing is for sure, maintenance for VRF might be high, as not everyone is expert in VRF system so it's rear to find good VRF technician.
But as you mentioned you need to install 12 AC units then VRF is best choice and cost effective. For one 6HP single phase compressor you can connect 3-4 1.5 ton indoor unit. And for bigger HP compressor you can connect more units.

first of all vrf and vrv are exact same thing. vrv (variable refrigerant valve) as a name is patented by daikin so other companies used a different name which is vrf (variable refrigerant flow)
The more the evaporator (indore unit) numbers will be the better vrf will be.
simple "if you can afford vrf, go for it."
infact vrf will be a better option in long term because it will save your money in electricity bill and services.

We have a room of 375 sqft. My mother has breathing problem, She can't stay in a close room All windows must be open for fresh oxygen. Which kind of ac is suitable for my mother's room ?
if you have to open the windows then no ac will be good for that room. ac works in a room that can be closed when you want to cool it down. if you can manage to get air ventilation in a closed room like HVAC systems then it's okay otherwise a simple cooler will be the best option

Daikin . Go for wall mounted ducted indoor units if your house is in construction phase. gives a nice feel. Next preference is the cassete indoor unit, but it would require a false ceiling

Nice compilation and comparison of the AC systems. Being VRF specialist based in NCR we can confirm your points.
One point I wished to highlight was that we do have inverter ducted split AC (1.5 TR / 2.0 TR) also available in the product range which will have one outdoor connected to one indoor unit also. So in case people renovating only living / dining rooms can go for ducted split in case they like central AC kind of interiors.

inverter ac will be a good option. it will cool your room a bit slowly but will take less electricity. you have to turn on your ac little earlier then the class starts but it will save you money in long term. it's just my opinion rest is your choice.

I would suggest Non-Inverter AC as you use it just for 5 hours. And that's too less. Inverter AC is cost more. Agar PCB kharab hua toh uska alag se kharcha. Non Inverter ka cost bhi Kam hai aur repairing bhi Kam hai.
Agar 9-11 hours use kar rahe ho toh Inverter best hai warna Kam time mein Non-Inverter aur Inverter mein sirf 0.8-1.2 units ka diff hai. Jo ki bohot Kam hai mere hisaab se.

You missed one of the biggest issue with window ac and that's noise. Incase of split and vrv, most of the noise is restricted to external unit.
Also, vrv is not really space saving for most cases. Ppl just install the external units of split ac on the walls of the balconies so no space is wasted. However, vrf external unit is huge so actual balcony area is consumed. Basically it can't be hung on a wall

Wrong information - Window AC consumes maximum energy
Hi, I think u need to check the cost of splitting air conditioner, 50,000 for pipes that's too much and pls not that pipes are supplied with the air conditioner, further more splits air conditioner installed back to the indoor unit, what we call back to back back installation. Not sure what is the privacy issue in service,, please find a better points to sell than speaking about privacy, it sounds so funny.
