Good and complete information. Thank you. Is the wall trim done after one coat of putty or directly? In another video, they advised to do after putty, as otherwise it will appear irregular in level. One feedback- please consider not to repeat your own name in the video and repeating all questions in customer's voice all the time. It unnecessarily increases length of video and becomes a monotonous style of speaking.

If you are using wooden moulding you can apply directly to the cemented wall just make sure the gapping in the edges between wall and moulding should be zero or minimum

As per him, if we paste wooden moulding Patti and paint ashian royal. After 3-4 years, paint will leave the wall as we are doing paint on wooden and not duco.
