Wow! This is like a private class on how to use the machine. It's the most detailed & useful tutorial I've ever watched. I'm seriously considering upgrading my old serger for this model. I'm sure I will watch some parts again when the machine is in front of me. Thank you so much for your time and hard work.

Just got mine today ! Thanks for this video. I feel like I am better acquainted with her now. My first serger is a Baby Lock Imagine. I think it was the first generation. I’m not going to sell her. Just have her as back up. She’s getting a cleaning and maintenance right now. Love Baby Lock machines ! Thanks again !

By the best demo video for the Acclaim I have seen! I got my machine last week and wondered if I HAD to keep the needle air threader button like that!! Thank you so much! I also had to 'help' the thread for the loopers to go through, the nets have helped a bunch with that! Again, brilliant video, very insightful and very clear!

This was one of the best tutorials I have ever seen! I just got mine this weekend and haven’t had a chance to unbox it yet. I have sewn all my life but never had a serger. I was a little-a lot-nervous, but you have empowered me!!! Thank you.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. I have had my Acclaim for about a year and I had some questions. But not anymore! You just answered all of them and then some!

I used your suggestions for cleaning & maintenance on my Imagine today. I got out my manual & it had the directions for removing the needle plate which you had demonstrated. So I did that. Then I went ahead & brushed out everything I could. Lastly I turned it on its back, took off the base & cleaned it & removed all the lint, which wasn't that much considering all the flannel & terry cloth I've been sewing for years. Keeping it brushed out regularly must really help. Now I know that if I get an Acclaim it's pretty much the same machine as far as maintenance, & very do-able. Thanks again for your helpful video.

Thanks so much! I have been rather scared of my acclaim, which I have since Christmas. I love that you address even „obvious“ things such as the electricity plug. Clearly one knows that, but it is lovely to just watch a super detailed step by step and follow it as you talk. It is the very best instruction - even much better than the official acclaim youtube instructions by the company itself. Thanks again and happy sewing 🧷✂️🌹

This is the best video I have ever seen. I feel so much more comfortable using my Acclaim now. Thank you for making this. The camera work is perfect. I also appreciate the flow and information you provided and not the personal time-wasting sillyness other people put in their videos. Thanks, again.

I've had Baby Lock sergers for 30 years. I learned some very useful things from this video. I don't have an Acclaim (yet..) but am considering it. I don't know if the A for L needle & B for R needle applies to other sergers in the BL line or just the Acclaim. But knowing that is helpful. The part at the end about cleaning the machine, removing the stitch plate, & opening the bottom is useful & helpful for any BL serger I would think. I'm going to try it with my Imagine because I use it a lot for very linty flannel & terry cloth items. I have no doubt it's full of lint. It might save a need for servicing.
I almost didn't watch because it's such a long video; I was afraid it would not be very concise or well organized. Your video is excellent & the time stamps option to go to the pertinent parts makes it even more useful.

What a fabulous class on this machine. So wonderfully and clearly done, thank you! Just wanted to mention that it would be advisable to get a philip's head screwdriver for those underneath screws 🙂
