I just finished making these. They taste delicious. Mine ended up a bit messy while building them, some of the caramel oozed over the edges, moved the pecans. I let them sit for a bit to put the chocolate on. They stuck to the paper, so I have them sitting cooling outside, hoping that they will harden so I can remove them. LOL I will try this again, but will cut back on the amount of caramel and chocolate. 🙂

Then you just made pecan chocolate! But if your doing that I recommend you melt a bowl of chocolate then spread 3/4 of that on some parchment. Sprinkle on roughly chopped roasted pecans all over then drizzle on the remaining 1/4 chocolate. Top with sea salt if desired then freeze for 15 min. Then break into pieces. Homemade pecan bark!
