I liked your cheerful delivery message in the middle of cooking!
Thank you 🙏
well, that made me hungry. The griddle looks like a great product. I would recommend Edgewood Locker bacon, but it's probably not available in Ohio as it's a regional Iowa product.
Thank you! I'll have to keep my eye out for that bacon, ya know.. just in case
That griddle top looks sweet. The sammie ain't half bad either. I think all gas grill companies should make griddle top for their grills.😎👍
I have to agree! I am curious how inconvenient it will be switching back and forth but we'll see 🤷♂️
How fun to get a new cooking tool!
Super fun! Gonna need a bigger kitchen 😄
Nice job!
Thank you! Cheers!
I notice you close the lid during your preheat, even though Weber advises against it. I can't get mine to get hot enough on the preheat, then when I add food, the surface temp drops like a stone. I am assuming the lid closure technique didn't do any damage to the griddle? Thanks.
I must have missed the part where they say not to close the lid. I've been using this probably 3-4 times a week since I got it without any issues. Matter of fact I love it. Makes searing steaks so much cleaner since I can do it outside
Thx! I'm going to follow your lead!
Right bacon 😂
