Nice! Not that this is a primary reason to pick up the TB while it's available but the nice thing about limited run parts is that it's almost impossible to "lose" money on it. If for whatever reason you don't want to run it anymore, there's always another person happy to have it for themselves.

I own a 2005.5 b7 s4, when I run it hard on the highway and I turn the car off. Sometimes when I turn the car on the car starts to misfire and the check engine light comes on. It sounds terrible and then if I drive it for another 5-10 min the actual misfire will go away. my question is it because of heat soak? just wondering if you have encountered this problem yourself? love your content and keep up the good work.

The only time my car stutters a bit on first start is if I throw the key a little too quick and don't let the fuel pump prime the lines fully with pressure, which also usually leads to a moment of low oil pressure on the timing chains in the head because the car is almost starting but not getting proper ignition to get the crank moving quick enough. I have relatively fresh plug and coil packs though and don't ever encounter misfiring due to spark (which I'm guessing you might be experiencing). I don't really think the heat is what's affecting your car - I think she may just be due for some good old maintenance.

Sounds like heat soak and fuel boiling. Make sure your after run coolant pump is working and that your coolant and fans are all good. Sounds like you’re boiling the fuel in the rails or lines when the engine is off. Mabye start looking into aftermarket support to help.
