Hey yogis, as you probably know I've been loving my new FeetUp trainer! In this class I'll take you through some of my favorite drills to build strength. This will tone your abs while also strengthening your shoulders and a upper back. All you need is 10 minutes and the feetup trainer.
If this is challenging at first don't get discouraged! Take your time and feel free to come out earlier until you build up the strength to do more drills. Believe me, this will build strength FAST.

love this quick workout. i incorporate it with one of your regular yoga work outs. i have had this inversion table for awhile, only inverting straight up, i really appreciate learning the other things that can be done. thanks

Really, really felt that in my core! Thanks for a quick, challenging workout. I did half of the repetitions for the leg circles, and I could not lift my tush over the FeetUp trainer in reverse plank, so this gives me something to work towards. Thanks for sharing!

I don't have a FeetUp table but I improvised with some blocks and just did the leg lifts from an ordinary unsupported headstand which really worked the abs!

Loved this! But I have a question- my body is long and my arms not too long, so the backward plank lifts end up w my butt dragging on the trainer - any tips?

The reverse plank to L-sit was impossible for me. What can I work on to build up to that? Thank you so much for the yoga sessions and especially these Feet Up sessions!

I would love to know how to build up the strength to be able to lift up my body in the reverse plank.
Is there a pose sequence that can help train my strength to make me able to do the last pose. I don't have the strength to pull myself in and up...
Kassandra, how do you build strength to go from the reverse plank to the L Sit? I’m not even sure my hips will fit between my arms.
Yup, you have to have no hips to basically make this work

I can do the last two poses separately but my booty cannot pass through the space between my arms lol

I did the last session on my Strat morning stretches and today was day-to-day 30 had a 30 enjoyment so I did that also did a 31 day 31 healing stretches morning stretches I did I'm about to do my Yoni for my vagina Yoni yoga healing of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs today so
