The second sub from the left looks like it's not functioning and is moving out of pressure from the other subs, like a passive radiator. Could be out of phase, but it seemed to be a little more laggy than out of phase.

Just experienced this with one of my prefabs, one of the voice coils ground wire wasn't clamped in the terminal so it may have just wiggled out
@@Esk8WI it happens. There's some pretty extreme vibrations going on, and of course we ask a lot of the clamps, screws, seals, glues and more under such extreme abuse.
Holy hell.... electrical nightmare waiting to happen.

This has gotta be one of the smartest builds out there...... I know it’s tempting to cram a couple of 15”s in a small hatchback. But the smaller the sub, the more volume you can play with on a box. And the outcome is really mind blowing.

Tru test..... film your multi sub setup to make sure you're in phase.
Me too. The other 3 are all in phase, and it's not the cameras BIOS, because it didn't change with the angle. Almost looked like it was acting as a passive radiator.
Its either out of phase or she blew a coil on that sub.

There's no shame in a budget system.

She’s moving 32 inches of subwoofer. People tend to think smaller speaker can’t play bass as well but they actually tend to give better quality bass in numbers.
It’s great to see the ladies in general as bass heads, skin has nothing to do with anything!

My setup on my build will be similar to sabrina's.. it'll consist of 4 sx8s , 2 2k DC amps for bass 1 skar 1000watts 4 channel amp for mids & highs , (4 death bounce 6.5 Arnold's, 2 db apocalypse neo tweeters, 2 Rockford fosgate super monster super tweeters a couple of 6x9 audiopipe loud speakers, audio tech crossover, SX 4k extra battery & OFC 0 gauge wiring all around.. budget build but not quite.. so far just for all equipment minus the Box I'm having built , I've spent almost over 3k$ & like i said i still have to pay & assist in installation.. all this is going in a small TINY Toyota yaris.. if all goes well it'll be cool if you review & post me set up..
Check out the pioneer pro series before you buy those deaf bonce loud speakers. The pioneers play down to 70hz nicely and the Arnold's only like 120hz ( most subs r cut at 80hz so ur missing 80-120hz and u can hear it in some songs). I have 2 pioneer pro 6.5s and a pioneer pro 4" tweeter in each door off of 300 watts each door in my z71, have 4 hds2.108s on 3k. Trust me you don't need all that extra stuff to get crazy loud, extra stuff means extra electrical needed to support it. Check my vids out, like 6 months ago before I added second set of mids and subs were still breaking in.

Why is the 2nd sub moving differently? Both those amps aren't each going to 2 of the subs, are they?
Nice setup always enjoy the smaller end of subwoofers. But for 4 minutes either the subs werent moving or they flexed but no actual sound

I got 1 of these in a Titan
That one Sub is having issues. Either it's got a phase issue or it's not connected. Something isn't right with it. But regardless that was cool seeing 8"s. I'm more into bigger subs I normally run large Subs. But recently I been running 8"s myself. I got a set of Sundown SAv3 8"s and a set of Sundown Xv3 8"s and pulled my Skar DDX 15" out of my 2010 VW CC TSI Turbo sport and the SA V3 8"s are going in it. And I pulled my Sundown U 15" out of my truck and the Xv3 8"s are going into it.. saving space and staying loud ;) .. those Sundown SA V3 8"s are no Joke and the Xv3 8"s are amazing as well. They all hit like good 12"s and rival some 15"s out there

One looks to be moving out of sequence with the others.
It's because of the camera picking up the speakers rapid change in frequency. Think of the camera seeing the subwoofers move at a certain Hertz and then getting the picture to show it at 60 frames, it will appear out of phase to our eyes. Think if he had a slow motion camera that records at like 250 frames, it would not look out of sequence because it would be able to pick up every little movement of each subwoofer
sometimes you need to get a sound inspector to know your getting a bang for your buck sme ppl out here just want to get paid

Is mounting an amp to the box bad thing? Intense vibration? Amp failure?
It's never a good idea as the box rattles and resonates onto the amp and the internal components which can lead to breaking stuff and blowing things so always best to mount amps in a secure minimal vibration area.

It does have the Bose premium system with a bose spare tire sub it sounds OK its not what I call bass but its got killer midbass I'm thinking about putting 2 8s in the side panels Ive only had it 3 months ive gotta figure something out and I have 2 sundown sa8s SPL cones from an old system sitting around. I've got bass in the car and a work truck I'm not using at all its probably getting a wall if I get time not sure if I would do 4 15s ported wall or 4 12s in a 4th order wall its a ford ranger that's what will fit in the airspace its got.

I have 4 hds2.108s on 3k they will eat a pair of 15s. Idk about ds18s but mine are in 3.5 cubes, tuned at 32hz and twice the port area they call for and my z71 extended cab flexes and slaps the bed, just cracked my window today ( albiet -*12 degrees out). 8" woofers are monsters now, mine just plain eat down to 26hz where I have subsonic set at.
