You may as well add Chorus to that opener lol. It's seemingly the best all-in-one combination. Boost in place of active pickups, overdrive for any amp that just needs a kick in the ass to get it the last few inches further.
Reverb and delay... I use them once every few months, but I loathe nothing more than Chorus.

I don't get it. I play cleans and delay all the time and still have a happy healthy relationship.

@@belligerentamateur I tried to use it in a few different ways but nothing beats a dual rectifier with an old tube screamer..
This thing just doesn't seem to match up with how he typically sounds, no matter how I used it lol.. It's so fuzzy, it didn't sound like I expected it to at all.
