Who should we cover next? Let us know! 👇
scalabrin under 20s itally number 14 absolute beast ?
Scalabrin...but also de villiers Who plays for Noceto and gallorini the prop.i think that the press talks very few times of the young prop spagnolo Who gave a bad day to Dan cole also
If you like Menocello…check out Marco Scalabrin, a winger with Italy U20s this year.
Noted!
@@HuwGriffinRugby He is rumoured to be going to Zebre after this season. Back 3 of Gesi, Scalabrin and Pani is very exciting
ball in hand absolutly a beast, but needs to sort out his defensive game
Absurd guy, great center, great tackler, great ball carrier and great and fast wing too. And he's only 22.
Eyes on Mirko Spagnolo, Leonardo Marin and Ross Vintcent, another great talents....waithibg for Francois Mey.
Italy is producing great talents in this period.
We’ll write those names down!
Italy are starting to produce some serious young talent, just saw the under 20s winger and he's a talent as well.
💯
Scalabrin?
that guy is INSANE, he was running like he was alone on the pitch
Menoncello + Brex are legit world class together.
🤩
Esatto
Piero Gritti, Marcos Gallorini and David Odiase can be added to the list of world class players on the horizon for the Azzurri. Scalabrin has already been mentioned.
And Carlo mey
Take a look at Gallorini, too. He devastated any scrum opponent in the last 2 years of U20 6N
A deserved tribute for a future and already present star
💚🤍❤️
I think the next truly world class Italian is the tight head prop U20 star Gallerini, absolutely monstering his opponents in the U20 6 Nations. Scalabrin also scary but Gallerini is really special.
the name is Gallorini but you're absolutely right, he's a beast
What I would add is that not only he is an incredible “freakish” ball carrier and defender, but also really clever and technically superb, he is very smart, he reads the game incredibly well, he knows the rules inside out and he does things that honestly we did not see in a long time - if not ever - in the Italian squad, he is not just a “beast”! Monstrous! :)))
🙌
Go see also Leonardo Marin, for sure less powerful than Menoncello but incredibly skilled and complementary to him. They are potentially a monster 12-13 duo
👀 noted
I think with Italy great U20s is tied to the collaboration With Italian Football to create career pathways in the school system and to make it the Two main sports of Italy. which started some in the late 2010s?
Some of those kids in high school in 2018 are probably tearing it up now in the U20s maybe even the National team.
Good point but I don't think it's the case, our athletes (even in the most succesfull sports) are more built in the private clubs than that in schools. It simply seems that finally we are able to not only produce younger talents but also direct them correctly to the senior stages
I know it's a different position...but...wait till the world notices Marco Scalabrin! Fast, strong, tall and doesn't give up! 😍😍😍😍 Been discussing him at length with Ely and Eddie @spritzandscrums 💪🏻💪🏻
He is a beast
I won 80 quid from a quid betting on him to be motm against France... when I saw he was starting on the wing I thought oh bollocks lol he still won motm starting in a different position! He is quality all over... runs great lines, proper rugby brain! 🏴
Haha what a shout!
That's a bold bet if I've ever seen one
@@Bolognabeef lol I spread a fiver over various pro Italy outcomes... Italy by 1-7 points, Italy by 7-14 points, a draw, an Italy win, and his motm - a quid on each - got the draw and motm, was a good day - £162 lol then last weekend I got £125 from an Italy/England fiver double... betting companies need to up their game, easy money - they should stop listening to the media lol...
@@Bolognabeef not so much you think about it... he was a breakthrough talent before getting injured just prior to World Cup, played really well in first few 6 nations games, stand out player etc and France have clearly imploded as only the French can lol
@@dannyboywhaa3146ahahah great win congrats!
There is not too much to say about him.Just watch him play and figure it out by yourself: he is everywhere in defense and he is almost unstoppable with the ball in his hands.
I don’t know how to translate in English, but Menoncello è una pratica…
When he's playing with Brex, the numbers on the shirts are fairly meaningless. Menoncello will defend at 12 because it's better to use Brex's ability to read the opposition attack from that channel, but in attack Brex will generally be first or second receiver, with Menoncello wider (the Allan try vs England being a pretty textbook example of how they operate). Menoncello himself thinks his best position is outside centre, and that's where he'll end up once he's no longer playing with Brex (by the time of the 2027 world cup the 12 position will probably be Marin or Mori).
Centres are like two sides of a coin!
We had a Polledri, his carreer just finished out of injuries, we now have him, better not talk too much, you know...
I thought exactly the same, different position but similar energy
Forza
scalabrin capuozzo monencello there coming out the woodwork?
Europe? Nah the world kid has it all if he was in a AB or SA team he'd already be household name.
Ooft! So he’s like an Italian Eddie James?
he’s a centre not a winger
Agreed
The exact player England have been crying out for since 2014. Can't wait to see him keep tearing it up for Italy!
Ollie Lawrance looks great, he needs more test rugby. fantastic center
check Hugo Camacho
👀🇵🇹

Should try NFL
It’s pronounced ‘Capwotso’, stop being an ignorant racist.
Fra ma sticazzi
what does that have to do with anything? its pronunciation not skin colour .....
Well, we Italians pronounce Herring like Erring, is that racist too?
@@LucManzoni ‘we’ Italians? My mother was Italian and I know when they deliberately mis-pronounce a name and why they do for.
