If you take the inhabitants of manhattan (1,6mio), paris (2,2), tokyo (9,2) and the fact that france is the originating country of michelin and the guide - 6 restaurants in manhattan is still very much of too much at all :)
Chef Keller is just a CLASS act man... what a guy.

Although achieving the threes star level is demanding, Mr. Keller has a calm demeanor.
