Nice!! I had an 85 Grand Prix LE, 2 tone blue that I bought when I got out of high school in 1993. Loved that car! I have an 87 Cutlass Salon now with 20K miles and I keep her in storage too. Don't trust anyone to keep it outside! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for watching and for the comment! I wanted to keep this car at home for a while to try and save a few bucks, but the clowns trying to break in was a harsh reality that even though I live in a nice area that’s just not an option.
I had an 84 Brougham and 85 LE back in high school as well, currently these two and the 4th and 5th I’ve owned, all but one (76) a G body.

Wow! I had a 1983 Grand Prix. It was white with blue leather top and blue cloth seats. I kept it until 2001. I didn't have power windows. The only thing I wanted to get for it was Cragar S / S rims but never did. I did put an Eclipse CD unit in it in 1994 which at the time was a premium head unit and I think I paid $580 for just the head unit. Mine was a V-6 with a 231 cubic inch engine. I think that was pretty much the same engine the 1986 Buick Grand National had in it except that had a turbocharger and some other modifications.
Miss that car. Yours is in great condition!

Really nice!! I love that fact it has the console and gauges and of course a V8. I love GP's from about 1975 until 1987. I had a 1977 GP and a 1983 GP. I didn't have the 1983 long because I didn't care for a 3.8 V6 and it was bare bones and the rear bumper rusted out. I think I was spoiled with the 1977 because it was loaded!

Nice car, I had 85 grand prix le exactly like that, except mine was the original color like the inside of your trunk lid, Cream Beige. And mine had a tack where yours has a clock. And mine didn't have a vinyl top. You want to make yours where no one tries to steal your car? Leave it unlocked with the key in the ignition that way they don't damage it. Then the fuse to the ignition coil cut the wire and wire in a switch and hide the switch and wiring where it can't be seen so you can toggle off your power to the ignition coil..... I can guarantee the thief won't take the time or know how why it doesn't have spark......
