What type of pen are you using? can you mention the name specifically?
It’s the Artline 210 medium 0.6 but you can use any pen or marker. I just tend to like this one, it’s cheap and writes well.

You use marker. If you place an element in some place, and later if u feel I want to change it's place, what do you do?
Yes, I use markers, and if I make a mistake, I redo the sketch. It only takes a minute to do so.You can use a pencil and eraser if you like, but I do like to keep the progress and all iterations of my sketches.
Isn't this a waste of paper?
I think it’s also intentional so you don’t think too much on it. By using a thick sharpie you cannot go into details too much either
