Honestly it baffles me how this channel isn't over a million subscribers plus. I find your content and just your personality in general to be so much better then 99% of the stuff out there. Some of the instructional videos have done wonders for my game especially with the driver. Thanks for the help and all the content over the years Pete👍

Kudos, Pete. Long time watcher of Shielsy and your escapades back in the day. Not saying Rick is doing it wrong, his production values are incredible. But this is the kind of video and content I like to see. Club reviews. Matches. Course vlogs. Finding myself here more often than Rick's these days. Keep it up.

@@gabrielfallon8629 Absolutely. I wasn't saying anything to put down Rick, I still enjoy his channel. I just like a lot of his older stuff around the Finch/Carter/Fryer days. Rick is doing amazing, I just enjoy this type of content more ie reviews/vlogs/friendly matches, etc.
I could not agree with you more! I personally made the mistake of watching Rick Shiels' podcast on RUclips and his and Guy's comments about Pete really got under my skin! Rick might have great quality, but I will always prefer Pete's personality and content more. Obviously that's just my opinion and not meant to upset anyone.

Tell you what, theres not enough of these kind of courses in amazing condition around in the UK. Perfect first step for people getting into golf and perfect practice for experienced players.
Sadly true. Most par 3's I've played are in shocking condition, sadly. This one is is very much an exception. Kingswinford (about 20min south of 3 Hammers) is good too though. Only 9 holes, but longer with some interesting holes.
True. This place is where I first picked up a set of clubs 24 years ago. Seeing it again unexpectedly turn up on my favourite RUclips channel brought back so many memories.

I love the skills challenge videos. Shows how much work goes into begin able to control the ball especially around the greens. Would like to see true competition of skills between Pete and more tour pros. Been following for a while and the content just keeps evolving and getting better.⛳

Really enjoyed that. Well done 👏 to Rob. I started my golf on a small 9 hole course. It had 6 par 3's . If you are just starting at golf I strongly recommend starting at a course like this one. I wish there were more 😪

Loved the first challenge and like this one just as much. An interesting departure, playing a par 3 course. You both played well. It's pretty tough to beat a guy on his own course, but you almost got it done. Even though you say you were an awful employee, he seems to like you well enough. I hope you're able to get another challenge on the schedule sometime soon. Thanks for the great content.
