Had the opportunity to play Enniscrone in June in similar conditions. Absolute gem of a course. I can’t imagine how difficult it would be if the wind machine was turned up. Keith and crew are awesome!

Had the pleasure of meeting Liam in Spain a year or so ago....what an absolute gentleman ,great match boys and as gorgeous Enniscrone, one of my favourite places to play golf on the Island of Ireland 🇮🇪
Great video - the mountain on the 4th is not Croagh Patrick but rather Nephin hence the name of the hole. For anyone in the area, Westport GC is close to croagh patrick and Carne Golf Links in belmullet would nicely round off the trip

This is by many criteria a masterpiece of playing the game, but also for people to see, you don’t need to smack the hlll out the ball every time with your driver. It is remarkable how smooth and easy both, swings their drives. Allmost like every tee shot were in slow motion! We club players should allways remember, it is not the shere force, that drives the ball, but speed and pure contact.
I have been on golf holidays to this part of Ireland 3 times. Some amazing golf courses. Played enniscrone twice. First was calm the 2nd was windy. Toughest course I have ever played.

Enniscrone is a beautiful golf course & the sand dunes are enormous. If you are back in the area, I would urge you to play Carne Golf Links in Belmullet. Absolutely incredible course and the sand dunes are even bigger than Enniscrone. Not as manicured, but well worth the trek. Strandhil is a hidden gem also
Brilliant video! For the editor, a bit of feedback, the general standard now for teeshots (and really all shots) is shot tracer, so the viewer can see where it's going, what the shot is like and then they know what the person is talking about as they describe the shot. I see many of these didnt have shot tracer and it made following some of the comments harder to do and the tee shots were a bit confusing. Not as bad with shots to the green as there is usually a second camera to see where it lands, so with tee shots, its a little 'blind'. If possible id consider adding that in going forward. Editing in general is top notch, just a thought/feedback

I love these matches but at 21:00 I was taken back to Pete's short video about putting after his 100 hole challenge and wanted to scream "just trust your instinct and hit it". Spectacular course and Liam and Pete both played some quality golf.
Played Enniscrone many times and without doubt one of my favourite courses ever. Holes 14, 15 and 16 are superb. If you ever get the chance to play it, go for it.
Got to say, I found this so much more enjoyable than when there’s a gallery following you around. Much prefer to see the back and forth piss taking between the pair of you and visible rage at missed putts and bad shots, just like how golf should be. Great video that one.
What a great match! Liam seems like a tremendous guy and could be either super casual or, as my regular 4-some calls it, "Sweep the knee Johnny!" (Karate Kid reference for the youngsters) Fantastic round and hope to see him on the channel again soon.

Sorry to admit I chuckled when you scolded your second shot on the second hole. I've done that plenty of times. Everyone from the states either goes to the south west or the north east but the north west has some amazing courses. Carne, Enniscrone, Strandhill, Rosses Point, Murvagh, Cruit Island, Portnoo, Rosapenna, Ballyliffin etc. All links courses.
@7:40 that is a shot that everyone should play more I think. You can hit that same type of shot with an 8-iron from 145 and it will do the same thing. One hop stop, super controllable, pretty easy to hit with practice.

That course is epic. It reminds me so much of The Dunes course at Barnbougle in Tasmania. The similarities are amazing.

I use those same grips, they have improved my game alot.I have also have had many other players try my clubs and now on their clubs also.
