I have a problem while setting up I deleted my catalog in error now there’s nothing in my store as a result of that. How can I retrieve the catalog. Hey thanks so much and sorry this happened to you! I would contact Ecwid support via email or chat because once an item is deleted, you cannot retrieve it from your backend. Hi there ,Do you know why when I built my website by Ecwid and have changed all details in template but when press (View Store ) then show me just original template whit out any changes in it? I tried several times and changed all formats and saved but show me original things. I do not know what is wrong in it thank you for answering me

Make sure to save the changes and then try clearing the cookies on in browser cache before hitting view store since your browser may have stored a previous version of the site (causing you to not see the changes). Clearing the cache will re-load all the store code in your browser. Then you should be able to see the changes. Hope that helps!
Hi. I am setting up my store now, under free account. I am just wondering if I can upgrade on the venture plan and then if I am not satisfied can I always upgrade to business plan? Thanks
Hi, Yes you can upgrade no problem and they will deduct what you already paid (ex. if you paid $15 for the Venture plan and decide to go with the Business, you will only have to pay $20 instead of $35 for that 1st month - for example). All the best

Hi, For now you have to have a paid plan to use apps, so you would need a paid plan to be able to use the Google Shopping app. Like you said it's available in the lowest paid plan which is the Venture plan. I think it's great to have a paid plan before using Google Shopping anyway because you will probably want to activate advanced features before running ads, like connecting your store to your own domain name, it will look more serious for potential buyers. There are many shipping options that you could configure (based on order value, based on weight, curbside pickup...), but if you would like automated shipping it's available with Canada Post. Hi, I’m trying to set up a free plan - prior to upgrading - but I can’t get my store to work?? It’s all there but you can’t check out! Shipping method and payment methods are there but doesn’t let me enter a customer email or address ( has demo order in the box and won’t let me go further). What am I doing wrong?

Hi Declan, Just received your email thank you. I had a look and it is not normal, it's like the store defaults are frozen - I have never seen that happen before. I think the best would be to contact Ecwid's team directly. If you have a free plan still you can reach them by email at support@ecwid.com. If you have a paid plan you can access their customer support team from your seller control panel by chat 24h/day Monday to Friday. I showed where you can reach their team by chat in this video at the beginning of the tutorial section. I am sure they will be able to assist. All the best
