I think its horizon shades. Might not be but either way, it's a killer PP Filter

Actually it’s from the Red Bull I think. In 2013 they used the wheel without a screen.

You can find all mods in the description. Ppfilter is wonderful world as you already mention together with maxed out graphics.
The nose looks like the McLaren 2012, a little bit rounded and going down
have you used a custom setup or default?
I think I changed the gear ratio and wings a bit. Apart from that the setup was stock.
a little disappointed that they chose a generic model approach rather than an accurate one but can't complain really
