Also A huge thing is drinking nothing but water. I lost 20 pounds just by cutting out soda and sugary drinks. After a week or so you won’t even crave soda anymore! Stay low on the carbs and eat lots of proteins and healthy fats! Good luck dude!

This pales in comparison, but during college I closed in on 260. It was the heaviest I had ever been in my life. 50 lbs later being 6'1" 210 I feel so much better. It's going to take some time, but a few years from now when you're where you need/want to be you'll never want to go back. Your social life is better, you can go hiking, jogging, ride motorcycles, whatever you want. Nothing to be embarrassed about eating is just as much of an addiction as anything else, unfortiantely it is one everyone sees and doesnt understand.
Good luck and keep up the good work brother!

I get the pressure and self confidence issues, I've suffered since I was 10 years old, 16 years later it's only worse.
But I started gaining weight, I went on a keto diet. The first 4 days or so, were hard, but after only 2 1/2 weeks. I dropped 11 lbs! I don't even work out. I drive semi for a living OTR so I hardly walk day to day. Maybe give it a shot!

keep going here some advice you need to cut out bread, rice, pasta basically only have one thing from that food group. For example if you have a breakfast sandwich then for lunch dont or have a bit serving of rice or tortillas for lunch , then for dinner dont eat pasta cuz you just ate 4 bread stuff for that day. Your body takes it time in processing bread stuff. right now my rule is once a day for bread but choose when you going to have it. Stay away from fried food but, cook meat natural over a fire no oils. invest in a air fryer if you like fried stuff. it cooks with air not oil. The more lean proteins you eat your body burns faster so you get more useful energy.
    keep it up .
sugar is also bad too stay from sweats cut it down.
p.s beer is basically drinking bread (wheat)

Bro u got this. I’m 5’11’’ My heaviest was about 280, and my lowest I ever saw was 177, I fell off the wagon like 8 months ago and I gained about 20 pounds and now back at it again. Good job man keep it up. And u will see ur weight go up and down, you will be frustrated and will you be happy. You really gotta stick to it, and really put mind over body. Also look at the issues that makes u gain weight. For me was late night eating, so I did intermittent fasting so that helped me. Dieting is good, but anyone who is trying to lose weight you need to have a life change and like I said the late night eating was a huge thing for me. And soda lmao, that was a huge difference. Good luck man, much respect.

Keep it up buddy, the most important part of weight loss and adopting a healthier lifestyle is not the specifics of the diet or the exercise program,. The most important thing is consistency, no matter what the plan, consistency is what matters the most. The good thing is once you stay consistent for awhile it becomes part of your routine and almost habitual. Don't give yourself an excuse to not do it. Excuses don't keep you healthy or alive.

I’m trying to get from 287 to about 200 and I’m 6’2

Seriously good to hear this Bobby. About a decade ago I couldn't look at myself in the mirror without being disgusted. Finally made up my mind that i was going to lose weight and never look back. At the end of the day, your health is really all you have. I love your videos, but half of the time I can only concentrate on the status of your health. Not in a bashing way.. just a ... I want to come through the screen and beg you to better your health mang... I really hope you stick to it bro. Future you will look back at this time and be more thankful than you could possibly imagine!!

It’s amazing how much this community joked about Bobby’s weight but how when he decides to try and lose weight everyone is soooo supportive. It’s really cool. Love it.

You just opened up to the world about yourself, and there are a lot of really messed up people out there. I don't understand them, and to be quite honest, I can tell you are a real one, and anyone's opinion worth even one second of your time better be a real one too. See, it shouldn't even be a thing that people are making hate comments to you, that you have to say that. I'm sorry for those assholes, and I would do anything I can to help you out man. Your not gonna die, I can tell you got the fight in you. Keep working hard and you'll see. I've got problems of my own, and you inspired me to keep fighting, I will be here anytime for any real ones.

Full support for you man. I'm sure this wasn't an easy video to make. I haven't been that size but I've gotten way heavier than I ever wanted to be and I know the struggle of losing it. Every day I struggle to make the right choices because food is one of the few things that cheers me up. It sounds like you've got the right attitude about fixing the problem. It'll be great to see you keep making progress. I would watch more content on this topic, even on a different channel or whatever. Really rooting for you, would be great to see you shut people up but most importantly to add years onto your life.

You can do it man! I have made some jokes on your click baiting here and there, but I have stuck around and I watch all your videos. I feel you are a good person and want to see you survive and thrive. And when you try, you make some funny videos that have me busting up laughing.

Dude I think the biggest I’ve ever been is 375 and it’s been a long and arduous task but I’ve been trying to lose the weight. It’s honestly hard when my work schedule is so messed up and that messes up my eating habits especially when I’m eating lunch about 7pm then getting off work after 10 and then going home and being exhausted and hungry then having to get up about 8 hours later to get the dogs out and start getting ready for work. Shit just sucks right now, but I got this and I know you got it since you make all your money off RUclips so you got plenty of free time on your hands lol

I was 243 in April/Lint this year once i saw 243 i said fuck it theres no way in hell im getting to 250. So i fasted for two weeks for Lint and that helped me get motivated going from 243 to 233 showed it can be done i dont have a shitty metabolism it was all in my head. Right now im at 212.6 i lost 30lb from April first day of lint to 9/13. I cant believe it now its hard but because i wouldl really have to dramaticly change my complete life style to get to 120 for my healthy weight. You can do it man im serious. You got this i alwasy thought i that once i gain weight i wouldnt be able to loose it but now i know its wrong. Cardio Walking/ Jogging 30m three times a day, Lifting weights too and eating healthy. I will guarantee you 100% you will a lot of weight. I love you man your a bro to me even though we haven't met. You go this Bro kick ass!
BY THE WAY DONT DO TREDMILL! That thing will give you shin splints and make you loose less weight since its less demanding then physically running or walking on the streets.

Get it Bobby. You will see how easy it is once you get consistent with diet and mild exercise (protect your joints until you lose weight) then modify the diet and get a little more aggressive with exercise. You got it man.

I'm right there with ya. Always struggle with my weight. I want to see my kids graduate... I'm trying anything I can to make the necessary changes to see that happen. Things sometimes just need to set you off. Remember what's important to you... what triggers you... constantly remind yourself why you're doing it and stick to it. You can do it. You're a guy who has obviously seen the bottom... now it's time to see the top.

You've got it Bobby! Watch the dairy, gluten, and sugar intake! Those are the main items to avoid!!! I understand it's difficult, but once you can adjust your diet, it'll seem like no big deal! It may sound cliche, but YOU can do anything you put your mind to! As many others have said, stay strong!
