I'm trying to make a shopping hand basket handle from ribbons of four different colors, so I am making a larks-head of each of the four ribbons around a carabiner (the post) and I now have 8 strands with 2 colors each -- this is the PERFECT braid for it, so that all four colors are visible, and makes for a lovely "ribbon' of colors when completed. Thanks SO MUCH for this guide!
I watched so many videos of this knot, & could NOT understand-in less than a minute with your simple “right over left…” I got it!! Thanks for the simple explanation!!
I must say after watching tons of RUclips videos to learn how to do a four chord braid. Yours was the only one that made sense to me. Thank you so much for sharing your technique. 💜💜💜
OMG thank you so much for this .. my brain learns very fast watching once, instructions are key, and your's are perfect like I learnt without the sound viewing once, my brain works different so normally id have to flick through lots of videos, but no yours was my second watch and I'm very thankful 😊 I'm so impatient I need to know how yesterday, I feel like I learnt a week ago with this tutorial 🎉 I know I've rambled but I don't ever comment on vids, but you deserve all the positive rambles ..🩵🩵🩵
Personally I found this tutorial confusing , although person does detail and describe specific steps and ways-that’s what tripped me up, too many instructions. Found a much basic and simplified tutorial.
Thank you for this video. I had looked at paper instruction and one other video and couldn’t figure this out. Yours was the “Ah Ha” moment.
Finally, a tutorial that made it so easy to understand how to do this braid. Thank you so much
