As you can see the entire attic space is open and can be used as a storage area or living space.

Good question! I don't know if there is a proper name for it but we call it a 2' bump out reverse gable dormer. 😁

We built this structure onsite. The walls were prefabricated in our factory. This was built in Pennsylvania.

That's a house not a garage. A garage does not have 2 stories. You overpaid
Almost all of our garages are two storeys tall, and yes, some people live on the second story. 😁
Soooo good!! I’m a grandma and I have a house rental in a half of land. I want to have exactly tus two floor garage and I can live up steers 😮❤ love it how much is the cost to build it?
