Garages built back in the day used to be 24x24’…..contractors went cheaper and downsized to 20x20’ and then still charge more, even though most mechanically inclined people want a larger garage….got lucky with a 22’x21.5’ inside dims garage when I bought my house

In Florida most garages are 19 x 19 and are horribly tight! I saw a new construction offering a 18 X 20 garage! eeek! Do yourself a favor and make the 20 X 20 your minimum. If you can, add a few more feet width to your drive way and you will be so happy. XO
20' wide was fair enough for those two vehicles, but the garage door should have been at least a 16' and ideally a 18" to avoid driving in/out at an angle.

Can Sheds Unlimited build a 36 x 30 three-car garage with 10 foot high walls, three 9x9 garage doors, and a max peak height of 20 feet for sale in Massachusetts? Local codes call for a frost wall foundation under a cement slab. If so, I would be very interested in speaking to a representative from your company.

We originally wanted to go with 9' ft walls and an 8' high garage door but with lumber prices where they are we went with 8' walls.

That is correct, it states in the video any 20x20 garage would not be suitable for any large SUVs or trucks. In the video, the garage shown is a 20x26 which can fit an SUV or truck.
I use Google conversion calculators to convert feet to meters. Much easier than waiting for humans to respond. Humans suck, Google always comes through for me.

garages should be 28 x 40x 14 high, a garage should have enough room for a hoist or storage tools etc

Yes, in many cases customers opt for two separate garage doors to avoid that issue.
