The outside and garage are looking beautiful. From the way u talk about I can only imagine how much time and tears you've put in in the last few years. Glad you'll be getting back to some sort of normalcy, can't wait for the new project reveal
Looks good. Thanks for posting my request. We paid to do our basement floor. Mable style 600ft was 6k. Hard work but savings is nice plus u can fine tune it where thecontractors tell u to deal wit it
House looks epic. Not surprising given your attention to detail and car build history. I too went to almost all Gear Wrench and love their stuff. I really like their socket strips...heavy duty and easy to organize and grab for wrenching. I think I last saw your channel when you bought that 993? Or was it a 964? Either way I'm sure that sucked to have to sell.
I actually don't like SwissTrax at all. They're plastic, dirt and grease accumulates underneath them, they suck to lay down on, etc. Never understood them. A smooth epoxy/polyaspartic floor feels like tile and it's soft and any spillage is easily wiped up
should've done roll up doors. you wouldn't have the door tracks extending out past the door or torsion bars and everyone would be super minimal and concealed.
@@CornerBalanced why do you need the garage doors to match the cedar? think of the doors as accent pieces. and you could just paint/stain the stainless steel the same color. at least the outside of the door will be the same as the inside.
@@wrxzboost bruh this guy just built a completely architected house and youre tellin him to put on some cheap metal roll up doors like this is a FoodMaxx lmao wow
@@nuitreves i also just built a custom house and made the same mistake by putting in basic garage doors with tracks. they take up unnecessary space, reduce the height of the garage and are uglier on the inside. why do metal roll up doors have to be cheap? mine are industrial, insulated and cost double what a standard cheap door cost.
oh im stoked for this
Do you make content anymore? I stopped watching youtube for a while, figure youre just working on your business or something?
How much of this are you stoked for? 20%?

Congrats on the house, Good to see you're back and how well your hard work and commitments have paid off!
Would love to see a house tour! Incredible to see an mcm style home, brought into 2024.

Sick. I'm going to need to come take a road and see the house in person.

It's obvious you're a fan of OG.Do you regret not covering the floor with SwissTrax? Very nice setup!

3 years is incredible
Can't wait to see the car content coming. I'm guessing it's something German again. Your FD was legendary. RIP rotary engine though. ;))
You sure about that ;)
Do you have a blog breakdown of the whole house build plus finished product??
I was waiting for update on this chanel :)
Instead of grinding the new floor, is there a finish you could have applied to the concrete to make it easier to coat?
Liked immediately
Keen for more vids!
Do you have a walkthrough of your house too? The nightmare video wasn't a real interior tour.
JZX100??

how do you put cedar cladding on a roll up door? That would make the exterior of the house look like a warehouse
