Cr Co Metal Casting with PowerResins Burn and DentaFab 3D Printer

Dental laboratories widely uses Cr - Co metal casting technique in order to prepare crown and bridge. In this video, we share the process of casting Cr - Co metal for coping using PowerResins Burn, Model and DentaFab 3D Printer. The process is as follows:
1. Laboratory prepares the patients 3d scan data and 3d prints the dental model with die of the patient
2. The crown and bridge are designed using a dental CAD software
3. The crown and bridge are then 3d printed with the castable PowerResins Burn resin
4. The crown and bridge printed parts are then invested and put into an oven.
5. Finally the production process is completed by checking their fitting with the model.
