I read your book and I did every thing you told me to do
Now I study nursing while having 2 kids under 3 years
I barely open my books at home
I’m so concentrated with my teachers that I absorb everything
Thank you so much, I hear your voice and I look at the sky and I thank you
Thank you thank you thank you
By the way, your book was the first book I read I my entire life, and it was the first book I read in English, and English is my third language.

I am doing more house keeping. This helps me feel better in my space. I am doing less lying in bed when it is time to get up. This helps me be more productive during the day. I am starting a daily meditation practice. This helps me relax and refocus on what matters to me in my life. I have stopped negative self talk. This helps me improve my self confidence. I am continuing to modify my language to in the moment actions. This helps me manifest in the moment actions and results. As a side note, I am steadily improving my self confidence by not contemplating what I will do. Instead, I tell myself that I am doing whatever it is. Hence the tense change.

Thank you so much for sharing this video!
More: Make better/ healthier food choices, exercise 4-5 days per week, keeping a cleaner/ organized home, journaling/reflecting, seeing the best in myself and others, being more responsible/taking accountability with life choices.
Less: Negative self-talk, spending too much time thinking about past negative experiences/mistakes, spending on things I don’t need, eating fast/ unhealthy foods, less social media unless it’s positive.
Start: Meditating, taking important things in life serious, saving money, focusing on what truly brings me joy, peace and happiness.
Stop: Beating myself up about past mistakes, people pleasing, trying to make people see the best in me, lying, worrying about what people think about me, procrastinating, being fearful, allowing what people think about me to stop me from pursuing my goals, trying to prove I’m not what people said about me, being too nice.
Continue: Exercising, thinking about what I’m putting into my body, reading and educating myself, being patient and gentle with myself and others, enjoying nature and the beauty of God’s creation.
Cheers to us all for creating a better today, tomorrow and forever! 🙏🏾🥰🌟

Stop watching mindless television. Start going to bed by 8pm (asleep by 9) do more meditation(every morning every night) less anger and annoyance(shorten the amount of time I feel these emotions and find solutions). Continue intentional personal progression in all facets of life: intelligence(Jim Quik), finance, relationships, physical health and fitness, emotional and mental health and fitness, career and purpose, spirituality, and quality of life. @@0114855 their comment is telling others to do as they do without consideration. You need to see the inverse. An 8pm bedtime if you have a partner and or children would be very selfish. And an if you have a normal social life, an 8pm bedtime would be isolating.
It also doesn't go with the normal light cycles of where the majority of the Earth's population lives.

Great video but if you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life, Successful people don't become that way overnight. most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life too 🙏🙏🙏

My list is short.. based only on main things.. because if the list will be to long. I wouldn't be able accomplished anything..
    One as a time..
    1. Reading
Ready what I am interested and learn.
At the moment watch few things about quick reading, and implementing that during my readings.
    2. Sleeping
When I am going to work, I wake up fresh and on time.. but on my days off... I sleep longer.. because I haven't got purpose to wake up earlier..
So I need to move my Gym to the morning haha
Or find other things which give me reason to wake up on the morning.
    3. Plan my day
I want to prepare and write my day.
Most of time I know what I need to accomplished, but sometimes get lost.
That why I need to have that in my mind.
    4. Procrastination
That what hold me right now...
Doubt on my self with somethings.. is not about be brave... Is only about lack of action.
Solution ... I am half way of book - Mel Robbins 5 second rule.. and that helps understand and gives tool to fight.
That my solution.. I hope Your book Limilimitless will be next.
    5. My life
I implemented already lot of things in my life long time ago.. Meditation, Gym, Eating behaviours, Juggling every day...
I want to keep that and stay more Focused on my self...
Add new small things which I still discovering in my life, and work on better me..
    Fulfill myself in this life.

❤After watching & listening your podcasts Jim, I have started my mourning routines: 45min walking, 15min swimming (today is my 28th day). I really like the idea that “you create habits, habits create you.”
After this episode I have decided to read 30min regularly after my morning routines.
Thank you so much for your help.❤❤❤

Hey, Jim. I'm not much of a podcast "pursuer" but this was truly helpful as I want to move beyond the inertia caused by my own choices. Thank you. (How awesomely random that your name was given along with some others in a grad class assignment! I do not doubt that God wanted me to hear this and move from contemplation to action.)

Stellar! Stellar! And more Stellar! On the 2nd and 3rd times I listened to this I played Omvana's Alpha beats in the background and went into meditation. The "stop doing" is a gargantuan revelation to me and it rang such a BIG 🛎 that it literally blasted thru my personal Infinite Spherical Universe. WOW to that.
Example: expanding wealth consciousness that i kept slamming the wall. This today made me realize that my focus is on the absence of it and actually focused on lack, scarcity and /or poverty and in part bleeding thru from previous life experience.
This tool utilizing Choice gives me an opportunity to switch out an old mind set and not even focus on a new one. As Nature abhors a vacuum-Just healing the old aspect creates room for the inner Billionaire thats already inside to expand once again and thrive. And of course, keeping the EGO involved so it doesn't freak out to "change" since its job is to keep us safe. It does it sooo bloody well, huh?!! Dear EGO, I say that with deep love. 🌝
I too, had a "broken brain and Spirit", not from a physical injury, but from being told I was stupid, unworthy and shamed into thinking I had done something wrong in being born. (School system and My mother's sentiment that of course, not knowing different, I took on as my own punishment). That is alot for a child to carry. No wonder my shoulders hurt.
I Thank You Jim for being so giving, courageous and sharing with this world. I am deeply Grateful. 🙏🏻🤍🕯🌠 🤗

    Excellent challenge.
    1) What can I do more of? Eat healthier foods such as more vegetables and fruits. Drink more water.
    2) What can I do less of? Spending time on social media such as Facebook & Instagram.
    3) What can I start doing? Start working out earlier (730am) eating dinner earlier (6pm) and sleeping earlier (10pm).
    4) What can I stop doing? Stop multi-tasking and do more single-tasking.

I am fortunate to have a place to live but I don't want to give up but am not sure where to re-start. Perhaps I could hear from you????

We are already in the big crash, Inflation is a catastrophe. This CPI report is a colossal failure. To bring the housing market to a halt, the FED will have to pull all the stops. The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.
