the only reason this boss is hard is cause you can't heal
Actually you can pull up to the truck to heal. Im not 100% sure.
@@christopherbarnes4657 It's worth a shot, but you probably half to be at the car for a few seconds cause i've been right up at the car several times and never received healing. But it was only for a half a second.
theyre all in the truck like "come on guys we can do this" when really cloud is doing all the work on his bike xDDD

I haven't picked up and played this game yet, but good lord I'm in love with so many parts if it! The dynamic fights like this one look awesome, and I can't help but feel they REALLY punched up the dialogue and translation. My proof?

FF7 original did that too, but it was a mini game instead of a full blown boss battle who is just a HP sack with worse controls

Only the 3rd or 4th time I wiped in this game, needed to see someone manage it well. The spinning flame part was too much for me.
easy trick is to apply brakes and back off till u can run a little to its side
All I did was move to the opposite side of the road, lmao. He actually got me once or twice, but once I learned that, it was pretty easy.
The boss is actually really easy if you know what your doing

Yeah, I thought Sephiroth completely replaced Motorball as the final boss of Midgar, but actually Motorball simply just came earlier
After reading some of the comments, I don't see why everyone is whining about this boss fight. I have the game played and beat this boss and no problems with it! It was hard to beat but not unnecessarily difficult.
It’s just annoying. The fighting mechanics in this game are awesome but this fight is long, tedious, and boring as hell.
The slowing down and speeding up mechanics aren’t perfect so it’s just a frustrating fight

@@marcoleung7253 it still was sloppy writing. I'm in love with this game but i despise this trope you see in superhero movies about introducing stuff that don't have their lace in the actual movie, only existing so it can set up future movies.
I kind of wish you could have had a part where you fought him on foot like in the original game.
This is really cool and I wish it released on PC as well.. Knowing Square tho, it probably will in the future..
I heard it will be PS4 exclusive for a year, but I'm not 100% sure if that's accurate.

I may be in the minority but I hate this boss and it completely ruined my experience with this part of the game
I pretty much hated all the bosses after hell house, they all had 2 abilities that killed in one hit and are next to impossible to dodge or counter. this fucker is only hard cause you can't manually heal, and your only real way of doing in real damage takes 20 seconds to charge.
Honestly I didn’t really mind it...yes it’s junky but once you get used to the controls it’s fine. I actually died when he first appear and attack mostly because I have low heath at other phrases but I went through the boss like it was noting.
Despite graphical issues in some parts of the game, which needs to be fixed ASAP in my opinion. This game is absolutely a fucking 10/10 for gameplay, but a 8/10 in graphics.
I can't seem to pull out when he does the side beam move. Cloud just refuses to move away! I can dodge everything else but that one move! This fight sucks!!!
Must be just you. Cloud always braked when I pressed the button for it.
I managed to beat him after making that comment lol Still was caught out by the beams, but got a bit lucky.
This boss is not difficult , just need to be patient though
The controls get weird here. You can not move like you normally could.
I love this mini game in OG FFVII, but I wholeheartedly hate it to the bone in the remake. After a mind-stressing fight with Rufus and the long-ass battle with the Arsenal, I have to get into motorcycle chase? And just I thought it was over, suddenly this madafaka showed up, and the camera turned weird and seconds later my Cloud is out of sight, followed by the game over screen. Good God, never have I wanted to scream so loud in the middle of the night
they should have use the original soundtrack from the original FF7 fighting the motorball.
