      Your welcome just keep to increasing the number of stitches in between the crochet 2 into the same stitch and you can make this as big as you like and it shouldn't curl at all.

    Thank you 💚 I haven't crocheted since I was in grade school when my mom would read me the patteren as I just couldn't ~ she'd tell me the stitch & I'd have to double check with her ~ needless to say after the second doily she told me "that's it ~ you have to learn to read the pattern" ~ I was slowing her down ~ lol
    I'm excited about crocheting again
    Thank you 💚

      Joyce, keep at it we all have to learn some have to leave it until we are older to have the patience to learn. I sometimes get told I am rubbish at teaching as I don't say the proper terms but I know from experience begginers don't want technical terms they want a hook yarn and TO MAKE SOMETHING so they can say LOOK what I made hahahah so I will stick to my guns and do my videos just as people like em. I am so glad my videos will help. Keep at it rewind the video as many times as you need to AND NEVER GIVE UP, xxx

After Two years of stop start, frustration, I have made a very simple blanket for my Grandaughter. I am chuffed to little meatballs. Now onto circles. Thank you Alison...❤😁🧶🧶🐶🐾

    Where do you buy your yarn from please and what size etc do you get?

    • @AlisonRussellsCrochetChannel
      @AlisonRussellsCrochetChannel  2 года назад

      When i buy yarn i mostly buy Aran or a 4 weight in USA it crochets quickly and gives a lovely item when finishes I also get USA 3 weight or DK double knitting in the UK that makes lighter blankets and so versatile for 1,000's projects. I buy from anywhere thats reasonable and I also get sent lots of yarn from followers too.

    How do I make this bigger without it curling?

    • @AlisonRussellsCrochetChannel
      @AlisonRussellsCrochetChannel  4 года назад

      Continue the rounds doing the increase, each row will have 1 more treble in between the increase stitch even if you go up to huge it should still be flat, as long as you do the increase stitches.

      yes you can and many many people have. It's also the way it's done in several different books and patterns.
