WE MADE TRADITIONAL THAI FOOD | CHIANG MAI COOKING CLASS

Food is one of the best ways to learn about a new culture and we can't visit a country without trying out a traditional cooking class! In this video we got the opportunity to partner with Thai Ahka Cooking School.
We started our day by exploring a local market to pick up a few ingredients for our dishes later on. We even got to taste a couple things while we were there! We then made our way to the kitchen where we learnt about both the Thai and Ahka culture through their cuisine. The "Ahka" people live in smaller groups in the North of Thailand so it was wonderful to see how they are similar but differ through their styles of cooking!
