i started on digital taking thousands of photo i almost never look again, now shooting on film i look at them quite often and prints the most meaningfull one to me, i love this kind of "reportage of life"
💯 agree! I have so many digital photos sitting on my drives that I’ll never go through, but with each film roll I choose my favourites and get prints. Easier when you’re limited to 36 frames at a time haha

Love the physical archive aspect about everything that was explained here, most of us have digital archives now days, but being able to hold and feel a memory in the palm of your hand, such a bliss. As amazing as they can be, cameras are just tools. Whatever gets you going and going is just PERFECT. My 2024 photography purpose will be to print my images. Love this.

Never took to digital cameras, they definitely have there plus’s it just wasn’t as fun for me.
So here it is 2023 and I’m still loving my Nikon F3 that I’ve had since the mid 80’s!

Fuji 400
Hard to go back to film alone as the film prices are soaring
Haha, I feel you. There’s definitely times where digital is just gonna make more sense, but there’s still good deals to be found on film - you just gotta keep searching 😂 but all in all, that’s why I’m using it for more personal stuff and not going shutter crazy!
