Kind of wish there was a ETS2 mod of a map like this, no traffic but challenging roads, because ai in Euro Truck Sim are stupid.

download promods and you will have some fun challenging quarry roads to explore, try doing it in rain as well

No, it is a mountain road with very little traffic, the only car appears at 16:55..

Did you choose to drive there or was the load somewhere around there? Or just the shortest route?

None, I take the only existing route, I load the wood in a mountain village and this is the only way to get to the "main" road.
