@@Headhunter-5000 not really. It will splint load to two axels , and on ice and snow u need heavy load on driving axel. So best way is tyo have one axle liftable. U lift last axel to put more weight on driving one
thats why engines have limiters. If you haul heavy loads uphill guess at what rpm engine will be ? :D not 1000 ;p Up to limiter you can use that engine with no other issue than bigger fuel consumpction

@@AmericanoTS sometines u have to get hih rpms to maintain momentum. Maybe engine have more power on optimum RPM range but sometines in life things are not like in book. If u pull heavy load on steep climb is mor healty to engine and transmission to have its on near redline instead of puting lot of force on engine and transs on lower gear. Try hauling some heavy shit and maintain speed at same time and u will learn.

I planned to ask if 6 by 2 or 6 by 4. So on this truck only one axle is powered. 6 by 4 would have made this situation easier
