Windows 10 and Windows 11 32 VS 64 bits what does it mean

it's fine that Windows 11 is 64 bits only, most 32 bits apps will still work fine

I have been using Windows since 3.1 and I refuse (even family members have purchased Apple/Mac systems to me) and I have said back to him back to them. And Windows 11 is just a McIntosh in disguise?

I did have this problem some time back using Chrome, what work was clearing all the cached images files, cookies, & browsing history, then restart & sign in.
