You Staten Island guys are amazing! You took your wife to a hot, stinky, mosquito infested Florida backwater swamp and made her think it was a Spa day at a Four Seasons! Congrats!
Your interview with Mike Steen was great. I remember he and, I guess his old friend, Marty cruising by my house on their boats two or three years ago while beginning their great loop journey. I'm between the Franklin lock and Ortona lock on the Caloosahatchee River in Labelle.
Always love these videos, can’t wait for the next one. A bit farther north on Venice is Tierra Verda, island off St. Pete. Our son is going to college right beside the island. That area is really cool. Might be worth a longer trip for you guys.
We finished that trip last week. We anchored one night right in front of Venice Yacht club with those other boats and one night at Snake island watching the fireworks. A bit of a nail biter each night with the skinny water.
You guys are living your best life and that is great. Curious if you were in law enforcement or just a supporter. I was a city cop for 33 and someday hope to be at least a snowbird ! I need interest rates to come back to earth b4 II’ll make a move tho ! 🇺🇸🫡.
Nice job finding the owner of the phone. I imagine they were excited about that. Thanks for the tour of the area.
Great video as always! Cool phone story and can't looking forward to your next trip to Venice. 👍👍
The Admiral must be so proud of you returning that lost cell phone!

I definitely did not think it was spa like :)
Lmao
I have one of those rocker chairs..love it!
Nice to see you and your daughter boating together.
Same wetpaint from Clubsearay?
@@havanashamrock Yes…….lol

Naughty might have more people, however the food and drinks are still better next door. Voted the best new restaurant in NFM.
Bridget, totally agree! Anchoring there seems a little creep!😮
Ya!
Water looks like the St John over here on the east coast...nice video!!!
I launch my flats skiff from the Moody ramp you passed, be careful if you go back there by the rope swing there are some big gators back there.
Oh boy! I went swimming. Lol
At least you can see the alligators coming up to you in that brown water!!
Wave as you go past Gasparilla Marina keep bringing the local content we’re enjoying it.
We know that marina well! Brigitt’s dad kept his boat there.
Yes we’ve discussed this prior, by the flag on your boat we where in the same “boat” line of work in our NY lives. If so thanks Brother
Is Frank Davis stil down there? He hooked me up with an unforgettable tarpon bonanza one year at BG Pass. Amazing
I had a place on Manasota key outside of Englewood
I want your old dingy when you get your new one
I may be keeping it! Time will tell. I’ll be making a video on that soon.
looks like a cool spot but still no croton
That’s for sure!
I thought the water on the gulf coast was supposed to be clear. That water looks like ours on the intracoastal in palm coast.
Any Caloosahatchie river water is brownish colored due to tannins from the trees along the river.
I was wondering if dingy had a bilge pump once that rain started coming down. Good that rain stopped just in type.
No bilge pump. I had to drain it by hand.
@@AdventuresofHappyOurs oh no hard times! 😂
Yay a stern anchor or is it transom? 😜
I suppose your right lol.
@@AdventuresofHappyOurs we both are. 👍

One of these days we’ll head up there!
Eckerd? My daughter considered that school!
@admiralbrigitt yep! He starts his freshman year this August. It will me a long drive from north Alabama
Best of luck to him!
@@admiralbrigitt thanks Admiral!
Hey there, love your videos. I've been following you guys since you left New York. I'm curious to know what year is your boat?
2006 341 Meridian NSB (new sport bridge). Inboard Motors are 6.2 Mercruiser MX Horizons.
So that is salt water there? 💧
Yes still salty there. Starts getting brackish then fresh water past the locks.
@@AdventuresofHappyOurs Gators or no Gators?
The guy who lost the phone says there are. I didn’t see any.
Is that little thumper really as loud as it seems in your videos?
It’s not too loud. Quieter than a 2 stroke but louder than a larger hp outboard.
Does bridgets daughter live with yall too?
Nope
What dates will you guys be in Venice and where will you be docking? My boat is docked at Venice YC.

I am from Sylhet Bangladesh
You guys need a newer tender and engine 👍
just a suggestion
Just got one today. So far I’m not happy with it. Another video to come. Lol

Just supporting. Several close family members are LEO or retired.
