      Hi, thanks for watching my video. Probably your .ost file is corrupt. You wil have to use Scanpst to repair your .ost file.

    All my outlook (desktop) emails appear with text justified even if they were sent as left aligned or right aligned. This only happens on the desktop version (in web version they appear according to how they were sent).. Is this the normal behaviour and if yes what is the use of formatting left or right aligned?? Do you think that office repair is needed??

    Repair does not always work especially if an Add-in is the problem.

    Does the online repair remove accounts, settings and customisations in Outlook??

      Hi Yiannis, Online repair does not remove any accounts or change your outlook settings. All settings will remain the same after the repair.

    Office 2019 Pro plus stopped working after five years after tiring to repair get message Office cannot find your license for application repair attempt was unsuccessful

    My outlook is working fine then the other office apps aren’t working, when I sign I receive an error saying another user from your organisation has signed in even when I sign all the accounts out

      Hello Lindokuhle, are you using a shared office license or single office license. If you are using office 365 apps, why not try to logoff from office apps by going to File > Office Account > sign-out. Close all open office applications. Restart your device > open office and sign-in. This may fix the problem

    The #1 thing that ticks me off about the Office 365 product but it is about the developer design team at Microsoft!
    Each and every patch Office looks a little bit different each time and that ticks me off.
    No it does have a new fresh feel at all. It is alienating and it sucks! You get used to the look and feel then once you feel AT HOME then they change it again.
    It is almost like the Microsoft development team do not want to make you feel at home with any of their products.
    It truly does suck and highly tempted to jump off the entire Office product suite just because of that.
    Oh and keep up with your great videos!

    My hotmail email folder has all been Archived...another words i do not have an inbox. can you p-lease tell me how i can fix it?

      Hi, how did you configure your hotmail in outlook? what you could do is to create a new outlook profile from control panel

      @@Kelvglobal Not really sure i understand what you mean? I have a hotmail account which is no longer showing emails i get in my inbox cos my inbox mail is showing Archived mail. so am trying to get back my inbox. If i set up a new email address will i lose my old mail?

      Hi, When you create a new email profile you will not loose your old mails. All your mails will be retrieve from Microsoft Server and not from your computer. When you open Control Panel and change view by to 'Large icons' Click on "Mail (Microsoft Outlook)" , click Show profiles. There you will see your hotmail profile you created, try to create a new one with a different name without deleting the old one. Please confirm if it works.

    Despite using the online repair... its says "something wrong"....

      If this does not help, you may have to resolve re-installing Microsoft office on your device

    too long winded too many words spoken could be explained more simply also the curser wondering around all over the place was annoying and unprofessional
