I've been in IT for 2 years, in & out. Outlook issues are always the one i hate the most, esp when i comes to archives, emails are not syncing, synced emails but mailbox are not updating etc....
it's important to know, OST image files tend to become corrupted above certain thresholds. Sometimes nuking it and resetting the office profile in the registry is necessary.
@@purdu3 ost issues can be anything from add ins, rules, or something else. Deleting a profile should be the last resort which is why we use command line or open something in safe mode. No one goes around deleting profiles. Especially when someone has been in a company for 10 years.

I can't suggest anything because the job market is different in every country and state. You need to need check online and see what people are hiring for in your local area and study those things.

We're having an issue in which a user cannot see bullets in an HTML email. She's on Office 365 and her desktop client won't display the email properly, but she CAN view it in her browser (OWA). The same email opens fine for other users, but the bullets are removed for her only. What can we try?

What happens if you reset someone's categories and then they say, "I only had an issue with a few categories but you deleted all of them. Where did all my categories go? You're fired." lol
They have to delete emails and you need to start archiving old emails and setting cache mode to 1 year instead of all time. That's the only way to fix it.

Yep. Some people have a lot of emails. I prefer to use outlook command line first before deleting the profile.

Did you check html settings within sending emails itself? That's a settings under a new email..

That's normal. If the mailbox is too big. You will have a lot of issues. There a limit on how many emails you can have in 1 folder.

If someone having issues with a category. Most likely a bad profile or you need to redo the category. I definitely wouldn't reset everything.

How do you fix Not Responding/Freezing up?
That question can be anything. Can be so many reasons why it's doing that. Profile too big, outlook add in, bad ost profile, Network connection issue.
Profile is huge. How you go about fixing a huge profile. I disabled cache mode. Don't know if that will help.
They have to delete emails and you need to start archiving old emails and setting cache mode to 1 year instead of all time. That's the only way to fix it.
