This worked for me on a new HP Laptop… thanks! Only issue I had (but simple fix) was the need to uninstall the preloaded Microsoft 365 & Microsoft One Note. Prior to the 2024 install initiating an error message clearly identified this conflict so it was easy.

It's already activated, unless you didn't uninstall the previous versions of Microsoft Office
