The guy with the glasses is Terry Lin or "Lin Papa" as Dimash calles him as this stunning singer from Taiwan - a big star in Asia for decades - practically adopted Dimash during the show as his son. These two forged an gentle and respectful friendship and supported each other during the show and are still friends. And yes he really could be Dimash's father the man is over 50, no joke. Terry is an amazing singer and seams to be a very gentle man, more restrained on stage physically but making this up with a beautiful soulful passionate voice. The best discovery of a singer due to Dimash.

However, there is a video with Dimash and Jackie Chan together exchanging traditional clothing with each other. As for the guy you said had a defeated look on his face; he is a famous Chinese singer (54y/o). He took Dimash under his wing and sort of adopted him for the duration of the show. The reason he had this look on his face was that he knew what was coming and so he just enjoyed the performance.
