Fear!!!! I am always scared of the unknown in life, and that tends to build anxiety within me. I am over 40, and I want to make a career change, and my fear of rejection is crippling me to move and start the process. 😢😢😢😢😢
@@Strawberry-cheesecakeluv"I completely understand how fear of the unknown can feel overwhelming, especially when making such a big change. But remember, it's never too late to pursue what truly makes you happy. Every successful person has faced rejection at some point, but it’s how they pushed through that made the difference. Take small steps, and with each one, you'll build confidence. You’ve got this! What’s one small action you could take today toward your career change?"

I agree that it is never too late to start. However, I am a person when it comes to the job market, I have this intense fear of rejection, so when bills are piling up, I just pick my last resort for a job just to make ends meet. At this point, I am quite tired 😫 😩 of getting by and not in fact thriving as I have wanted to do for years. I really hope that this time, I will be able to land the job or career of my dreams with the salary that comes with it. 🙏🏾
@@Strawberry-cheesecakeluv"You're right, small steps do make a difference. I think starting with a beginner’s course sounds like a good idea. It would allow me to test the waters without feeling overwhelmed. I’ll take some time to explore what areas in tech spark my interest first. Thanks for the encouragement!"
@@Strawberry-cheesecakeluvI get it-taking that first step can be the hardest, especially when anxiety is involved. But remember, every small step forward is progress. You don’t have to have everything figured out right away. Maybe start by exploring areas of tech that interest you, or taking a beginner’s course to ease into it. What’s one thing you think you could try that feels manageable right now?"
Definitely not!!!! As a matter of fact, I would recommend that people change careers because companies these days take employees for granted, paying them an unchanging wage or salary, and due to some nonexistent feelings, we as the devalued employees feel some stupid loyalty since we are not wealthy or have saved enough to leave, creating a feeling of misery and resentment while working for said employee. In addition, when working at jobs that are based on meeting some stock market quota, employees are let go often, so why not be bold and start a new career. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ What have you really got to lose?🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
